I am a very loyal Starbucks customer. I get my morning coffee from the Starbucks on Greentree road just about every day. We had dinner in Robinson and decided to get Starbucks at this location. We walked in at 8:55 PM to grab our drinks and go. We did not sit down nor did we intend to stay and chat. Once the young lady handed us our drinks she said "guys we are closing in a minute", in other words get out. I thought that was unprofessional and rude. Pretty disappointing given that we choose to pay $6 + for these drinks. Definitely not the way to treat 5 people who all ordered a drink, also referred to as PAYING CUSTOMERS.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area. The baristas are always friendly and cheerful, and they know how to keep a line moving. (They have to, this store is right in the middle of the Robinson shopping district!) Although the cafe is a little on the small side, it doesnt stay full for long; most patrons are shoppers taking a break from their shopping day, or guests from the hotel next door. One interesting thing the place has is a bar area right next to the espresso machine.

This is The Best Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area. The store is always clean and the fact that its always busy tells you a lot.Regardless how busy they are, the baristas are very friendly and take the time to get to know you and to make your coffee the way you want it. They always go above and beyond to make every visit a special one. Thank You!!!!!

I just dont get it. It seems to me to be more of a status symbol to walk in to work, meet with friends, etc., with a Starbucks instead of a Sheetz or McDonalds coffee. If I want coffee on the go, Ill choose places that offer reasonably priced options, and Starbucks is NOT one of them.

Never had a problem with this location... One time a Barista even "invented" a drink for me when I was curious. Always quick and never a huge line. Only thing it doesnt have is a drive thru but I use mobile order, so it isnt an issue for me. Really like the location.

I dont know what Id do without a daily visit to see my favorite baristas. Starbucks is pricier than most other options but i love the people working there so Im willing to pay a little extra.

Dont order a large mocha. The staff will stare at you like you insulted them by not using their made up sizing. They did make the beverage and it was the usual. Overpriced.
