I dont like this particular location. Usually I dont stay here, just grab my coffee and go somewhere else. Despite "no smoking" signs outside, there are always people who sit and smoke cigarettes right next to you. Inside this Starbucks store is not clean and cozy. Very often I see questionable characters who smell like alcohol (not to mention other offensive odors). The restroom usually is dirty and dont have toilet paper or hand soap.

The restaurant is fairly clean but the staff is super rude. I went two hours before close last week and the workers were audibly complaining to each other about having to do a pour over for me because they just cleaned whatever they needed for a pour over.... But it was two hours before close and they had a sign that said "pour overs available." Ive only gone there one or two times before that, the staff always has attitude.

I go to Starbucks every morning and this one literally has the best tasting coffee. Ive told them there before and they say its the water, I dont know if thats factual but whatever it is, its workin for them! Ill personally go out of my way to get my morning coffee from here. Also theyre batistas are very patient and kind, which again I have experienced first hand

The AM crew is fine. Very busy and noisy. I go there sometimes to write, so if I can find an inside table thats not occupied, Ill nurse my big cup of joe for a couple of hours. At that time of day there are no homeless people but there are a few who look like they knocked off a liquor store in Pensacola

Everything was okay till a female member day shift charged me for refill to a client like myself who is there everyday and spends hundreds of dollars a month .No bueno for business,bad courtesy,customer service and image.

I just went to this store and it was 10:15 pm, as soon as the short hair lady saw us turned the lights off and closed when they are supposed to be open until 10:30pm. So disappointed!! Never coming back!!!

Nasty nasty rude staff. No matter morning noon or night. The manager is never around to speak to. By the looks of it dont think he cares Not q great clientele. Lots of homeless. Bathrooms GROSS!

Went to this store 4 times and had the same bad experience. Worst staff I ever seen in any Starbucks store. I rather drive 6 miles away to 1615 N Federal to get my Starbucks coffee.
