I ordered 9 dozen donuts for my wedding in April. After I talked to multiple people from different branches and emailed the owner. I received no word back or confirmation. I tried numerous times to pay and never could. Finally I resorted to a different bakery. However to my surprise on my wedding day the owner found me and brought all the donuts gratis! For that I was extremely happy and blessed and though I never got to see him as I was getting dressed when he stopped by. And Ive been far too busy post wedding, I just wanted him to know I did appreciate that so much. I love those donuts as did my guest. Im only not giving a 5 star simply because communications could have been better so as to not cost his business. But who can complain about free delicious donuts? I absolutely recommend them. However maybe go inside and make a sit down appointment with the owner dont order over the phone save yourself the time lol

Unique is the only way I can describe it. The donuts are all made in the store and then are topped to order in front of you. Think of it as the same idea as a cold stone creamery or a subway. There are a ton of flavors to choose from and considering how they are made not badly priced. Im not the biggest fan of donuts out there so I could be a bad judge but these were as good as you would get anywhere else. But the way they are created makes the a little more special

Great customer service!!! Wish I could remember the names of the two young ladies working Saturday afternoon. Went Im not really knowing how it works or the different flavors they both were extremely helpful! They recommended a few of the top selling donuts and explained the different flavors and pricing. We will definitely be back!!
