Eclectic Cafe & Vinyl is such a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just to grab some coffee and read/work. Finally a new restaurant in DT Charleston that is not overly fancy/stuffy. Eclectic is comfortable and delightfully simple. Interesting menu choices with great food, solid selection of beer/wine and friendly service. Great events like Jazz night, open mic night etc. The vinyl/record collection is icing on the cake. . .Eclectic Cafe is a great place to spend time. . . .Charleston needed a place like this.

The vinyl selection here is priced to move and is wide ranging in styles. I always find 1 or 2 unique records to walk away with whenever im here. The food and drink here is outstanding. Lots of different craft beer choices and coffee drinks as well as inspired menu options serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A perfect addition to the EB neighborhood!

The shrimp omelette was out of this world. Friendly staff, great tasting coffee, multi-grain bread so tasty. More than just a coffee shop, a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful large windows. Cant wait to stop in again during my next visit to Charleston and Edisto Island!

Great little spot near my hotel that serves coffee and beer while allowing you to satisfy your crate digging urges! Great staff who not only want to make sure your order is right but also enjoy chatting about music and giving great suggestions on the local fare and scene!

The atmosphere is pleasant, music is good, and the staff is friendly. I tried the Sparkling Mint Expresso. I enjoy trying new drink concepts, so this fits the profile. It was surprisingly unique. I am curious to see what other interesting concepts they come up with.

The baristas will know your coffee order before you walk in...always good vibes, great music, free wifi and live bands 4 nights a week. I love this place! The food is good, unique and you can get a carafe of wine for $11. Perfect hangout for all walks of life.

Great artisan food and delicious local coffee. The staff is efficient and friendly. There isnt anywhere downtown where you can get food study, enjoy live music during the week and buy records. Also a great selection of books for the book worms out there.

Over-hyped hipster nonsense. Everything here tries too hard without success. Food is unimaginative and poorly executed. Coffee is abysmal. Everything is overpriced. Record selection looks okay. Asian pear coleslaw was tasty.
