Rude as possible, if your privileged enough to get to speak to somebody. Guy at the counter said he wouldnt help me, somebody would be in shortly. 10 minutes later an employee returned and I asked him about some product. He said I dont know, then pused me out of his way with his shoulder to walk by me to the office without saying anything else.

I had a quote from a week prior, and they said it was a "personal thing" and couldnt pull it up for me. An SQL database isnt a big cost guys. Asked if they could re-quote me and they said no. Called again a day later and they referred me to their "Mechanicsville location" which doesnt exist. All around horrible experience.

The hours online said they were open until 6, but as I arrived at 5:45 they were closing up. The guy closing the store said they were on winter hours and closed at 5pm. I only needed one board and he was kind enough to sell me one even after closing. Very nice and not frustrated by having to stay a few minutes longer.
