Ordered and PAID for tile. And was promised It would come In two weeks. We arranged for our contractor to pick it up and install it when we were on vacation so our downstairs bathroom would be done in time for our daughters graduation this Saturday. When we got back the contractor said they never ordered the tile. We called and the manager "Dante" apologized but never gave an explanation as to why no one ever called us to tell us the order wasnt there even though we had paid in full for the tile. He called other stores and said it would be in possibly today and said he wouldnt charge us for expedited shipping even though it was their mistake that they didnt order it when we paid for it! We waited for a call to hear it had been delivered and when I finally called tonight it had been delivered to the store earlier today but no one called us so we could pick it up. They have offered no discount for the problem, no offer to shop to our home, and have not offered any compensation for thier mistake not have they kept in contact. We have had to call them repeatedly and then they act like they have no idea what we are taking about. I used the tile shop because I heard good reviews about the va beach store but we went to Glenn Allen because we travel there more often. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Need tile for out kitchen and two other bathrooms but will not be using the tile shop, Glenn Allen, ever again. extremely disappointed.

We have been customers of the Tile Shop in Glen Allen for many years and over time have bought an array of tile and stone products. While we’ve looked at other stores, each time we’ve always come home to the Tile Shop to make our purchase. I’m so surprised to read the negative reviews… we’ve never had a bad experience. Each time their staff has been professional, extremely knowledgeable about their products and very helpful overall in providing suggestions or information. We’re just average homeowners, with average home-sized projects, so we’re not buying pallets of tile. Even so, the Tile Shop’s staff has epitomized excellent customer service and I would recommend them without question.

WOW! My wife and I went to the Tile Store to purchase some tile for our backsplash back in April, we were helped out by the store manager Tim. He was a very knowledgable fellow that helped us make some seemingly impossible decisions. We had no idea there would be so many options! Tim was very paitent and led us through the showroom (very big!) and answered all of our questions. Top notch service, very professional, highly recommended.
