Delivery and installation service was abysmal. I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered after my old one died suddenly.The earliest available delivery appointment was 4 days later, so bought coolers and took time off work to be home for the delivery. I waited through the whole 4 hour delivery window, but the truck never arrived. When I called the store, I was told that they had tried to deliver, but no one was home, which was clearly a lie. The customer service person promised to have someone call me the next day, but no one did. I called the store two more times the next day and was promised a call back each time, but finally had to go into the store after work to get anyones attention. By that time, the delivery company had already gone home for the day. By they time they were able to reschedule my appointment, the next available delivery time was a full week after the originally scheduled appointment and they wouldnt even allow me to schedule an appointment that would work with my schedule. I am going to have to wait until the day before for my delivery window to be assigned and would have to reschedule AGAIN if they pick a time at which I cant get off work. I am still uncertain when, if ever, I will have a refrigerator again. The only bright spot of the whole experience was that 2 days after the initial delivery date, Dorcas offered to have a loaner refrigerator delivered for me to use until they can deliver the one I ordered.

The best Home Depot in the Northern VA area. Ive been to quite a few in the general vacinity (Fairfax, Springfield, Reston, etc), and this one is by far the best. Compared to the others, its very well organized, and has the nicest and most helpful employees. Its very rare for someone not to greet me or ask if I need help when Im in the store. Lowes down route 50 seldom has anyone willing to help you out, so I go here 95% of the time. I also had some doors that I bought and had installed by HD the other weekend. The installation crew was very nice, fast, and did the job right. The millworks folks are amazing as well, and extremely friendly. Ill be looking to them to do my windows when that comes around. Anyway, this is truly one of the few HDs I recommend to friends. Keep it up guys.

Im usually very understanding. Weve all worked in customer service jobs and the demand can be unforgiving. However, the customer services was awful. Customer service desk was of no help. Instead of being polite and referring me to the paint department, he basically said he didnt know and go over there. Alright, one bad seed. Whatever. Then, the paint department - the older woman was so condescending and rude. I always try to be a very nice person but I gave up when she gave me attitude. This is probably the 5th time the service has been this way so I"ll probably be going elsewhere even though this is the closest one to my house. Good luck.

We love this Home Depot but we also have another fan in our family, our son. The Home Depot went all out in making our sons Birthday party there so special. He had a blast and so loved using a real hammer for the first time. Mark Clem organized our date and time and Raquel did an amazing job helping the kids and entertaining. They all loved her and hugged her when they left. I highly recommend this for your young child who loves Home Depot and tools.

Ive been here twice so far and have been quite happy with the staff. One young man was the epitome of Home Depots desired public image. He re-keyed two of my locks perfectly despite not having the same brand of tumblers, and even offered to let me sit down and watch and learn. Store hasnt been crowded even on holiday weekends but I expect that will change as the houses in the area age and develops more.

Hands down the best Home Depot I have ever been to. I always get superb customer service. The staff actively go out of your way to make sure you are getting what you need. I have had zero complaints in my year of going here.

Good selection as per the brand. Staff is horrible with little interest in helping, beyond telling you what aisle to find something. I go because it is convenient, and as long as I dont need help.

Its just a good home depot. Rental and paint employees are always helpful. Wish they had more cashiers on duty. Going to the self service section is just not practical most times.

Its the closet hardware store to me and while the store is decent, half of the staff are not polite. The tool rental folks are nice as are the window and paint folks.

Wrong hours....they open at 7 am, 8 am on the weekends...thanks GOOGLE...overall good store
