Called about a product listed on their website that said they had 32 in stock. Confirmed with counter personnel it was in-stock and actually paid for it over the phone as I wanted to buy all the stock. Drove 45min to pick-up the material and was told inventory was wrong and theyve never carried those items. I asked about the website and my discussions with counter personnel and was told the counter guy was new, and I shouldve told him to have someone go in the yard and check. He had no clue why the website was wrong and really didnt care. No effort to make it right or help me in any other way. Lost 90min out of my day for nothing. If you can buy from someone else, I highly recommend it as they obviously cant be trusted to have things in stock as their website is wrong and they clearly have unhelpful counter personnel.

Could be great but inventory is way off and the guys at the front desk are pretty disinterested in helping/getting up.

Trying to find help is hard to do. Prices are so so. Though you can probably find some hard to find items..
