Awesome place. I took my dog there after our trip to the Short Pump Dog Park because he got so dirty and someone mentioned this place to me because you can wash your own dog so I thought Id give it a shot since he got filthy playing and its such a hassle to bathe him at home without a detachable shower head. Only $10 to bathe him. Includes everything youd need (a variety of shampoos, towels, blow dryer). The staff was super friendly and I will absolutely be back!

Dont know what wed do without this place: have been in for a DIY bath for our dog on average every 6 weeks in the year since the Short Pump store opened. You might say we come for the hair dryer for our very long-haired dog, but every thing about the bathing area is very well designed and has been never less than spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Thank you!

I come here often for my dogs food (Merrick) and treats. I love their corporate policy. You get discounts for food that is expiring in four months. How sweet is that! The staff here are really friendly compared to the new location in Wyndham.

The store associates were so nice, they welcomed my fur baby and I with open arms. They let her walk around the store on her own. They even took pictures with my Sego. Ill go back again when Im down that way.
