The worst. I was bringing my dog for the first time so I was unsure of how he would react to the smells of so many other animals and just as we were getting out the car he caught a whiff of all the other dogs that frequent Petco and was overly excited I arrived about 10 min early for his appointment and he was so excited. I was trying to calm him down so we could go in but he was pulling me all over the parking lot. So I decided that I should put him back in my truck and go in and do whatever paperwork they had for me to do and show them the rabbies paperwork that they requested before bringing him in. The girl could clearly see me threw the window and see that I was I will admit struggling with my dog. (In hindsite I should have done a test run before our actual appointment). I get the dog in the truck and go in and was greeted with the worst attitude by the Im assuming groomer. She acted as if she didnt want to groom the dog and it was an inconvenience to her that it was his first time. I tried to pay no attention to her attitude and continue to have the appointment. I told her my dogs name and explain again that it was his first time so he was overly excited. She then with this attitude says I have another dog coming in after this appointment so lets get this show on the road cause you have been in the parking lot for offer 10 min. I decided that it would be best not to get my dog groomed there based on my interaction with this person and we left because I will not spend my hard earned money somewhere that shows me they are so inconvenienced of doing there job. I would not recommend nor would I return to this store for any of there services because spending my money there would keep her employed there no Thank you .

Very happy with them. My only complaint is that they run out of products that I need so I recommend calling 1st. Ex. Flea treatment-front line. Their prices are very reasonable compared to a purchase from the vet! I have only had the pleasure of talking to people who seem as though they are decently educated with animal products for the most part so I have no complaint there. I groom my own dog so no review on the grooming. Over all I will continue shopping there. Location is great. Service is always friendly and helpful. All I can guess is they must have had a overhaul since the last rating, they were very clean and doing the floor as well the last time I was there.

I have yet to have a good experience in this store. I recently purchased an aquarium as well as all of the supplies from them. 2 weeks after I upgraded the lighting on my aquarium it broke. I brought it to the store to exchange the item. At which time they couldnt be bothered to walk me through my options, and instead just said to call tomorrow to see what arrived in their weekly shipment. The sales associates all behave like they have too much better to do than be bothered with assisting customers. Its worth driving the extra time to go to Petsmart, any Petsmart.

Im a regular there and I love to go there. I BEG my father if we could go there..all the time. The employees are very nice and helpful. The only thing that I would change about that place if they added gerbils, rabbits, and chinchillas. I would also like to think that the customers would like a bigger selection of pet cages. (guinea pigs) But, other than those minor flaws, that place is AMAZING, I practically grew up there!

I came to buy a few fish for my God daughter on her birthday. Not only did we wait forever, but when someone finally came over they went to everyone who came after us. We were never acknowledged or asked who was here first or in what order. To make things worse the person they went to before us took 2 of the fish that my 5 year old had just picked out.... thanks were going elsewhere

Typical chain pet store, complete with made in china junk dog treats. That Being said, the staff is extremely friendly and every one of them from the groomer to the cashier seem genuinely interested in the pets and arent afraid to tell you not to buy something if its unhealthy for your dog.

Paid 50 dollars for a "puppy cut"... It looks like I could have done better with a blindfold on. You can see the clipper marks and he came back smelling like smoke. Will be taking my hard earned money someplace else that wont make him look like they used a weed whacker...

First time I bought a fish from their it ended up infecting my entire tank with ich disease.... Stupidly over a year later ( thinking it was just bad luck) I went an got a pleco from their and dont you know it happened again. Dont buy fish from this place they suck !!!

Sarah did a terrific job with her dog training classes. They were funny, upbeat, and educational for the dog owners. Theyre all looking forward to graduation and the upcoming Halloween dog costume contest. I would definitely recommend Sarah as an instructor!

The interior of this location is just desolate and in need of severe maintenance. Perhaps a remodel would be a better suit to this location than anything. It is just too nasty. The floors make me feel so skeaved out here.

There was nothing wrong with the store, but I have been going there for years and I always had the sat . clinic for my dog but prices went up and consultations took to long.not going thru that again

Angel is great, he is so helpful and always has a great attitude. he remembers me everytime i come in and its clear he loves all the dogs that come to visit
