Will never go there again . The staff was down right rude. Refused to groom my dog because she had shots, even though vet cleared her. Said bring her back tomorrow, like one day was going to make a difference. So I take her back today and Im told she needs appt. There was one dog in there, none waiting and three groomers. And the one talking to me was snotty. As I was going out the door I heard her make a smart remark about me to the other groomer. I will never shop there again.

The Vets and Staff at Banfield Animal Hospital are the Best! The Vets & Staff are courteous, answering every question we may have concerning the care for our dogs, explaining everything...the staff is also top notch...everything pertaining to billing or their next appointment & scheduling, they make sure we have it before leaving...and yes, Id recommend them and have to family & friends...

The staff here should be given an award. After leaving Petco very frustrated because not being able to get anyone to help me I walk in here and within one minute was greeted and found the fish I was looking for and what I needed. I live less than a mile from Petco but its worth driving to the other side of town and get this kind of service. Way to go PetSmart employees and management

Store pretty well kept. Not a lot of healthy pet food choices. Mostly junk food with crappy ingredients. No GMO free food that I could find only the typical big manufacturer junk food with unhealthy ingredients. Have to go elsewhere to get food. Went a few times to get things I read about online only to find they dont have them. Wont bother to return any time soon.

This PetSmart has the largest variety of fish and fish supply compared to other PetSmart stores I have shopped at. The prices are fair. One of the fish I bought here died after a couple days. I was able to return "my dead fish" and pick out another one. The entire process was simple and satisfying. The staff here are friendly and helpful too.

Pet smart is a great choice for all your pet needs . Theres items for dogs, cats , reptiles , birds and fish. You can even get your favorite pets groomed here as well. If you choose you can adopt a pet well. Price wise its on par for what youd find at any type per store like this. They do however run lots of good specials so check them out.

Every time i take my dogs here theyre hair is so choppy and horrible, and most of the time i wonder if they even got a bath at all. I should of listened to my mother who also use to being her dog here and said the same thing. The last time i went both my dogs came home with fleas. Needless to say i wont be taking my dogs here again.

Hagerstown PetSmart cares about your animals and you. They are courteous very helpful and dont let you stand around for a moment without asking you if you need help. I also use theyre Banfield Hospital for my veterinarian services. You care about your pet and wants someone else that cares about them too this is the place to go.

The customer service representative made me feel like I wasnt smart enough and kept telling me that what wanted wouldnt work... all in all he could have handled the situation better instead of making the customer feel inferior and ultimately pushed me to a local shop where I am happier shopping anyway.

DONT Take your dog here to get groomed my dog has gone to this establishment many times and the first few times the did great but recently they havent been blow drying her and today we found a huge cut in her paw they are awful at their jobs if you care about your dog dont take them here!!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE TO GET GROOMED. If you have had luck with them, thats great, we have taken my dog there twice and both times she has cut him!! The second time, it was actually so bad he had to be taken into the vet there and get bandaged!! Incompetent!!

Best place ever they make sure my dog kane is in good hands when he goes for his check up nd they always have everything we need for him. ..The customer service is friendly and treat the pets like there own so i give this place a 5 star for the excellent job.

John is an amazing groomer! My puppy gets so happy when he sees him. He really cares and I feel comfortable leaving my puppy with him. I cant believe what a wonderful job he did grooming him. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a groomer.

Although they have a somewhat decent pet supply stock this store leaves you wanting when it comes to the actual pets available for purchase. With overpriced ball pythons to elderly chinchillas I would not make this store my first choice.

Staff was pretty nice. Shelves were very understocked in a couple of sections where I was looking. Ended up buying the one and only one in any brand of one item and could not find what I needed in 2 other areas. Disappointed

The store is very clean, even with frequent piddlers visiting. The fish tanks are clean, and the fish always appear healthy and well cared for. This PetSmart hosts cats from the Antietam animal shelter.

The problem Ive run into is things that are discounted like what is in the picture, dont come off at the time of purchase. So i would have been charged full price had i not taken a picture.

The computer in grooming was out. They made me late for work! I had a appointment to get my dog groomed. The lady got nasty with me! Told me to come back!
