This store is great! Note: I came in specially to give my dogs a bath. I heard they have a setup in the back of the store, but I wasnt expecting much. To my surprise, its very well orchestrated and Aaron, the manager was a pleasure to interact with. They have 3 booths in the back of the store, of different sizes to accommodate different pets. Once your dog is in the tub, they have special collars you can use to keep your dog in the spot you want them. They also provide shampoo and conditioner (for free!) as well as towels and a blower to dry your dog. The experience is excellent. Everything you need is close by and you can tell they really thought about the consumer when designing the store. Best of all, its only $10 per wash. I think this is a fantastic deal- you have to give it a try. Youre not rushed by any time limits or rude employees. As long as they keep it this way, I cant help but rave about my experience. Aaron was especially helpful and pleasant, even recommending some applicable items I needed for my older dog. His attention to detail and genuine care for the customers is sure to make any customer of his a loyal one.

I went to this location to give my dog a bath at there self service station. My dog is hesitant when it comes to getting in the tub, so one of the employees brought over some cookies and helped me get him in! He was so helpful and knowledgable about all of the products in the store. He also helped me ease my dog into the dryer, because my dog is veryyyy afraid of the dryer. I recommend this location to EVERYONE!
