They sold my 15 year old brother two different sized boots in one box, the refused to give him his money back when he figured it out. He couldnt exchange them because they do not have any in his correct size. They have the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Its awfully low to let a child waste $165 on a pair of boots he can never wear. Thanks for putting your customers first.

I walked in and got greeted right away, that is good customer service. Their was enough staff to help the customers with all there needs. I am all about customer service. Without our customers there would be no businesses , we seem to forget this time to time. Well Tractor Supply has the customer service that anyone can learn from. Thank you Tractor Supply.

Last 2 times I have been in this store there is no customer service. I needed help to find a product, and could find no one to help - Actually a customer helped me find the item.. There is a unattended customer service desk that the employees ignore. Not sure if they have a manager. Avoid this store unless you have no other option.
