Only made it about 30 seconds at the Minute Clinic before leaving. I spent more time waiting 6 inches from the "nurse/practitioner/nondescript clinic employee" to acknowledge my presence than actually speaking. She started arguing with me mere seconds into my inquiry before I was able to fully explain my service request. I stopped here for a quick turnaround on service they routinely provide to avoid the hassle of the doctors office. At least the disaster at most doctors offices is at the front desk - and not with the physicians themselves. It seems CVS was successfully able to consolidate that epic failure into one entity!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. THEY MOVE AT SNAIL PACE AND MOSTLY ARE FAT AND LAZY. NO SMILE ON THEIR FACES UPON ARRIVAL OR LEAVING. THEY ARE RUDE RUDE RUDE! ESPECIALLY THE BLACK LADY THAT IS THE PHARMACISTS SHE IS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL WHEN YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. SHE NEEDS TO GO! NEXT TIME ILL BE PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT. SHE WANTED TO TRY AND MAKE ME LOOK STUPID LIKE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT NEEDLE INJECTION MY HUSBAND USES WHEN I GET THE SAME ONE EVERYTIME. SO FRUSTRATIONG BECAUSE THIS ONES CLOSEST TO MY HOUSE. ID RATHER DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO MANASSAS TO THE 24 HOUR ONE ON CENTREVILLE ROAD. THEY ARE QUICK AND FRIENDLY.

Horrible. The pharmacy staff lied to me about a refill of my prescriptions. They blamed my insurance. After digging deeper it was not my insurance it was CVS I will never be back. 20 min after the worst experience ever I got my prescription filled at Walgreens right up the road. The disrespect I receive was astounding from CVS. From this point on I would ask everyone to never go back to this CVS take your prescription to Walgreens right up the road.

Went to the pharmacy today, and service has gotten better. Richard a new hire or something. Works fast, got the product and typed and handed to the pharmacist in 5 minutes. Also willing to make sure I get the best price. I was hesitant to come here because sometimes I do notice people do work slow. Take their time walking. I see him work fast by himself at the drop off, pickup and drive thru. More staffing would help.

If you honestly want to know what is wrong with you Id suggest taking the time to go anywhere but here. Practitioner obviously hated her job and kept repeating that i should have gone to my primary physician. So thanks for the BS diagnoses and the extra week it took me to actually get rid of the strep she told me i didnt have. Thanks for making a bad situation worse and for the tamaflu i dont need!

CLEARLY, ONE CANNOT RELY ON ACCURACY IN INTERNET INFORMATION! This paharmacy CLEARLY listed as open from 8:00 AM-10:00PM TODAY, Saturday, 04 October 2014! However, when you call their number to confirm, you get the "Were Sorry, the pharmacy is currently closed at 8:00 pm! Thanks for the ERRONEOUS information!

I would recommend this PHARMACY to everyone. The pharmacists are smart, and have give great recommendations ..whether its an over the counter drug, a home remedy, or a new drug I should talk to my doctor about... The techs are also courteous, quick, and they greet me by my name. :) This is MY pharmacy :)

Slowest pharmacy in Virginia! Pharmacist is already late opening and then drags around snail pace taking an hour to fill a prescription most pharmacies will fill in 20 mins tops!
