This CVS is UNETHICAL, poor customer service, managers (SHERRY) with major attitude. I purchased some diapers and ended up returning it the NEXT day because we didnt need it. The package was unopened and we had our receipt. Instead of refunding the money in the original form of payment, it was refunded via their stupid CVS money card. When my husband questioned why, they said because our purchase was made in a different store? BS answer - never heard of such a thing. So when he returned home and told me about it and I called them. They admitted to making a mistake and told us to come back with the money card, receipts and they would refund in the original payment. So we made a 2nd trip there (out of our inconvenience) and when we got there, the manger (SHERRY) said they couldnt do it because a refund was already made and they couldnt reverse it. She admitted it was their mistake and that "everyone makes mistakes". She then even turned it around on my husband and asked why he didnt say and that it was HIS fault too for not saying anything. Unbelievable??!!! Yes SHERRY everyone do make mistakes, but they apologize and go about fixing it instead of giving their customers attitude (when its YOUR fault). I will make sure to report you to corporate and CVS to the BBB. This is unethical practices and goes against CVS policies. You are going against YOUR own policies.

It seems my review was deleted, so here it is again. My first visit to a CVS pharmacy on 9/18/2013 was a most unpleasant experience. A change of my job forced a change of health insurance, which in turn forced a change from Target to CVS Pharmacy. The boss lady at this CVS branch in Richmond VA was visibly furious when I returned after 30 minutes to collect my meds. She was unhappy at having to call several Target branches to retrieve my prescription information. When I arrived, she was talking loudly on the phone as she rebuked her competitor for not having the desired information. The boss lady looked over her glasses at me as she asserted her authority on the phone while her subordinates all remained silent. She shouted across the store at me – “OK, this is the last Target I’m calling and that’s it!” The lady shall remain nameless, but she should keep in mind that it is not OK to deny a diabetic patient their medications just because she is either lazy or in a bad mood. I, live pretty close to this CVS do I, go only when necessary. The pharmacy lately ,has us wait way too long for are meds.I, went there today, Christmas day needed some soy milk which I wish I, had gotten yesterday, what a robbery, I could understand charging a little more for be a convenient store, but double the price of Food lion, and Martins... Totally ridiculous, absurd. Went to Walgreens after I, picked up my soymilk for something else and noticed that they had the very same brand soymilk for $2 less. Think I, may start shop there more often.

As far as your pharmacy needs, this location the staff moves faster than some other local CVS pharmacy locations. This location is open 24 hours to serve the needs of everyone. Early morning and early evening seems to be the busiest times for this location. Therefore, I try to go at another time when I know its not as busy. They offer a rewards program. You can setup automatic refills, call in refills, or use he website to refill prescriptions.

I mostly use this cvs for the photo center and I am almost always disappointed! The machines are often broken or the options limited. I was there yesterday and made a $10 (50 print) photo order. When I came in today to pick it up they had lost the order and when they "resent" it to the printer they messed up the borders! If possible go to the one on lauderdale

Switch from another CVS since I moved closer to Cox rd. Absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I take 6 medications all to be filled at the same time of month. Each month there is all always one missing. Totally fed up!! Do not recommend having your prescriptions filled here. Totally aggravated.......

Worst customer service on the planet. The girls who work in the pharmacy as techs need to go back to take another training class as they are not only beyond rude they are extremely uneducated. I will never fill there again. I hope it burns to the ground one day.
