HELLO, MY NAME IS FELICIA ALLEN...I MUST RATE, RECOGNIZE, AND GIVE THIS PHARMACIST A REVIEW. THE PHARMACIST I SPEAK OF NAME IS "APRIL"...THIS YOUNG LADY IS BY FAR THE "BEST". SHE HAS THE BIGGEST, WARMEST, INVITING, FRIENDLIEST, GREETING & ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I COULD BE HAVING THE WORST DAY, OR BE IN THE WORST PAIN, BUT WHEN I SEE HER SHE ALWAYS BRIGHTEN MY DAY. HER WELCOMING SMILE AND BUBBLY SPIRIT JUST JUMPS RIGHT OUT OF HER AND OVER THE COUNTER TO BRIGHTEN ANY BAD DAY I MAY BE HAVING. I can not give any star ratings at this time. Although for me to submit the review I had to choose at least one star.. smh Since I have switched to this pharmacy my prescriptions are never ready when I place the order hours in advance. Or the website will say the order is ready for pick up and I am being told they are out of the medication. The young lady told us last night that it would be ready today and the website has changed the status to in process. I called and was advised it still was not ready. fyi, this is my husband blood pressure medicine that he is going without while they figure out what to do. As of today I will transferring my account to another location.

The Pharmacist named Lauren and Toni both did an amazing job. Toni was very helpful in getting in contact with the doctors to get prescription processing. The orders I could get were done quickly. Lauren did an OUTSTANDING job on explaining how the process works and had so much patience answering my questions every time I said "Only one more..." Happy to have a Pharmacy with Pharmacists that will communicate with you and help you in any way possible.

Every experience I have there is horrible! Theyre very unorganized & unprofessional. My medicine has been mixed up & confused constantly. I dont receive calls about my prescriptions not being ready until I get there to pick them up. This CVS is more convenient for me, but due to the constant irritation I will be taking my business to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, even on drop offs. Its a CVS my information in is in the computer. Yet it took 3 people to figure out what my neighborhood pharmacy does all the time. Never again, Walgreens is across the street, if I cant get to my usual one.

If there are 4 other cars in the drive thru dont let 1 car sit at the window for 20 minutes. Make them circle around like Walgreens (the better pharmacy) does, you idiots.
