Food Lion grocery stores are generally pretty decent, however, customer service absolutely sucks. I have made requests that certain items be carried. They give you a form to fill out and you NEVER get a response. They also have a habit of suddenly dropping items from stock. I feel they think since theyre the only grocery chain in the immediate area, they can do as they please. I wish some other grocery chain would open a store locally.

Everytime I go through a line of a YOUNG (18yrs-23yrs) cashier they put raw meat with everything! Raw meat on my 1 year olds bananas! The cashier Melissa (young blonde white girl) was the rudest of all! The cashiers never give me a chance to use my MVP card or punch in my number Ive missed out on over $150 in coupons since going to this store!

This location offers a better selection of vegan products than the Food Lion on 249/NK highway. But for some reason, I keep getting zapped from the shopping carts! Im wondering if its connected to the power lines? Besides this, theres an on site pharmacy including a drive thru pick up window.
