The Best and Worst of Forever 21s. Their selection is amazing and not just mounds and mounds of the same product in 5 different colors. And the way the store is laid out makes it easy and quick to find what youre looking for and makes for an easy flow through the store. (ie the more expensive, better designed products are all together as are the cheaper "basics"). HOWEVER, the staff is the more unfriendly, miserable, RUDE staff Ive ever dealt with at any clothing store. The ladies who man the fitting rooms are the biggest offenders and Ive not purchased $100s of clothing just because I didnt want to have to deal with the fitting room ladies again. Also, the staff thats organizing the clothes are always in my way and I feel I should be apologizing to them! Very unwelcoming and not helpful at all. When I first walk in I am get excited to shop with the huge selection and great prices but then my shop time is quickly cut in half if not even more because the people there make me feel so uncomfortable.

Friday night was my first time coming to this mall to shop. I enjoyed this forever 21 because its two floors, which means more clothes! However some of the staff were so unprofessional. As I headed to the cashier to pay for my things the cashier seemed a bit annoyed as if she didnt want to work. I understand a job is a job but you shouldnt show up to work like that. After I was done paying I walked over to this rack because my friend was looking quickly at a shirt she liked, but as we were about to leave one of the employees stated "ladies, were closed now." I am very understanding of this because I too used to work at a clothing store. I then Isaid "no problem", not even 5 seconds pass by and she says "no seriously, we are closed, you have to leave." After that we just dropped the hat, that my friend was going to buy, but decided not to and left. I understand youre about to close but you should at least sound a little more respectful towards the customers.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service. Today they only had 2 cash registers open with a huge line, 1 one cash and the other was credit. One of the cashiers (the more feminine guy(not that it matters)) which I think is the manager got smart and said, "Is anyone paying with credit or debit? Really? Who even uses cash anymore?" Then once I got to the cashier the Asian lady that rang me up had an attitude when I told her I didnt want one of the shirts. I literally would not recommend this place to anyone, only if youre in dying need of an outfit and I mean dying need. Even at that, you probably wont even find what you want because everything is a mess. The only well kept section is the womens plus section. The staff seriously needs help. I will for sure be calling the headquarters and making a complaint. They do not love what they do and it clearly shows.

This store sucks, including the managers. They are sooooooo unprofessional its ridiculous. The managers do not know how to talk to their customers its a shame. I am not going to put one of the managers out there cause I dont want to be consider a snitch but anyways, they need to get it together. thats exactly most of their employees cause of one of the manager smh, get it together. I like to shop there but still show some kindness to your customers.

Worst customer service ever! I mean honestly if the employees hate their job quit!!!! Nobody is forcing you to work there theres other people that would like your job.. I went there was a huge line and one register open?! Seriously and all of them just walking around just looking at you and starring with attitude wow I like the store but its a mess and the service its really bad.

The management horrible poor customer service skills they dont know how to help a customer at all I ask to speak with the store manager and they said she is off on holidays. the store was a messed it was the worse experience I ever had not coming back to this store.

Absolutely horrible customer service! we went 3-4 times samething! people at the register they act like they been forced to work their they dont even say Hi to customer. and they dont smile what so ever. for sure retraining will be a great idea! fro these employee!

This is a pretty nice Forever 21! I do wish they had more employees there to both help restock the messy clothing racks as well as help with the lines to check out. I really enjoy their face masks too.

The store is so unorganized I can never find anything. Staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help. The girl in the fitting rooms smelled like weed if I could smell it Im sure the manager could.

Sadly, this is no longer a Forever 21. The store that replaced it is terrible in comparison. The selection is significantly smaller, as are the amount of items in the store. Such a let down! :(
