I used the online photo ordering service to place an order for same day pick-up. I called the store around noon (immediately after placing the order) to ask a question about the photos and was told that they would be printed shortly and available for pick-up. Around 7:00 pm I drove to the store to pick-up photos and after waiting for 15 minutes, I was rudely told by an employee named Mary that the photo printing system was down. She offered no solution or apology and tried to push blame to other people. No one called me back from the store to inform me the system was down. I needed the pictures the same day--and due to CVS employees being misinformed and not completing their job, I was out of luck and didnt have time to get them printed elsewhere.

This is the BEST pharmacy that I have ever been to. Im 55 and have had medical issues all my life so I have been to several pharmacies. The staff is excellent and pharmacist is extremely helpful. I cant say enough great things about them. I would give higher rating if I could! Its nice to know there are people who still care in this business.

The staff are friendly and the pharmacy always had my medicine in stock. Sometimes there are lines, but its always best to drop off and pick up later.
