I have only been in the shop twice with my wife. The first time, the clerk refused to sell me MORE of the cloth my wife wanted even though I was paying the bill. The second time, she had purchased two Diva Frame Wallet kits. They were missing screws about the size of those in eyeglasses. We went back to get the missing ones. I wanted to get two extra since we have never used the pattern before. We were told they did not SELL the screws separately even though they got them in bulk and packaged them in the store. The clerks act as if this is the first time they have been in a business setting.

Im just a regular guy, sewing is not my hobby, I needed some cloth. The staff was cheerful, they wanted to help me with my project in every way and had great suggestions. When I left, I felt I walked out of a friends house. Of course they had the fabric, more than I was thinking about. They gave me great ideas for my project, and now, because of their enthusiasm, I have a quilted headliner (manly) in my pickup truck. Some day Im going to take one of their quilting classes.

Great shop. Staff is absolutely wonderful. They have been very supportive. I had purchased my sewing machine at another shop and was having difficulties from the start. Kathy and Kim identified the problem and my machine is working great. This is my go to shop. The staff is always interest in helping and seeing your current project. The people teaching classes are very patient and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of fabrics and accessories.

I only recently found this store and boy am I glad I did! Selection beyond most I have frequented and I especially like that they have a huge selection of Kaffe Fassett fabrics and a good selection of batiks and solids! The ladies are eager to share their knowledge and I have found the owner to be most willing to help when I have questions. Many classes offered, and it seems there is something for everyone!

I visited the shop for the first time today and, wow, the selection is great. All the staff members were so friendly. I signed up for the e-mails so I know when the sales and special events are happening. They have classes as well. Seems like a really great shop and I cant wait to go back!
