This is a warehouse of fabric and fabric remnants. Mainly upholstry and drapery fabrics, they do have fabrics for clothing such as suiting, silks and cotton. Cheap prices but high quality fabrics. Also sells leather. Woman are friendly but dont speak english too well. Fabrics are ;aid out by type so you have to dive through and search through piles of remnants (folded) and rolls (under tables). The sales focus around holidays and are from 30% to 50% off. Best time to buy fabric.

They have a lot of fabric to choose from but I could not find what I was looking for. Also, if you go in the summer do not expect there to be AC so your impatience will grow as youre looking for fabric. They also have other knickknacks to look for such as clothes, buttons, zippers, plates, household decorations, etc... Bottom line, cheap prices for cheap fabric.
