It was the shopping experience from hell! But, it always is when you go into this store. Ashely and Joan seem to think they own the store and can pick and choose which customers to be nice and helpful to. Ashely can not count and should not be in the position she is in. And Joan dont check the tapes to find the true facts about a customers visit. First time....I came in and ordered 12 rolls of wire. I returned to the store on truck day. Ashely told me there was no order for me. She was very rude. I was told to return tomorrow because the truck had not been stacked down. Ok. Unhappy about it but I agreed. When I returned to pick up my wire. Ashely told me she didnt have time to find my wire. I would have to wait until the close of business at 9pm. I arrived at 430pm. Second time........I had 30.00 of merchandise to return to the store. Ashely returned the merchandise. Rang up my new merchandise which totaled about 50.00... She then requested I pay her 50.00. It took over 45 minutes of going back and forth. Before she realized she never subtracted the 30.00 from my total. That also was a visit from hell. Third and last time. Of course when I walked through the door there was Ashely.. I started to just turn and walk out. But I have a business and I needed to return the unwanted product. And here we go with Ashely and her ability not count. This time I thought it was elementary. The merchandise was 1.99 x 9 and 4.99 x 3 with 30% coupon given by their corporate office. This time should have been a breeze right? Wrong. She put it in the register . She said it cant be returned because it has been returned already. What?!!!! I had the receipt showing the merchandise. I have bought 100.00 dollars at a time at that store. Sometimes three times a month. Why would I even attempt to steal 30.00....she told me the manager was on the way. So again I had to wait. But not only did the manager show up but so do the police. The police asked for my ID. Checked me out like a criminal. When they found I was not wanted. They started to talk to Ashely and Joan about the situation. Joan said she could do a without receipt return. Which would discount my items even more. Why? It was on the receipt. I thought the first requirement for management was reading and adding? Ashely even stood there while another customer call me names and talked about me and how I needed to be jailed? Why? And who are you? It was. hot mess!!!! After I agreed. Agreed. To take the stuff back to the store in Henrico Va. The police ran out and said the employees ask that I not return to the store. Why? Because Ashey cant count and Joan just put a warm body in the position and not a qualified person. Thank you. Thats less money I will spend in your store. And the corporate office should not give coupons before the head employees (Ashely and Joan) agree to it. Because I really think they dont like coupons. Because Joan told me once that the coupons kills the store average.

awful I just left there was there for almost an hour after asking for help looking for something I could not find I was walked away from by not one but two employees finalee the one that helped said there aint none stood in line for an additional twenty minutes to check out for what I was gonna settle on fabric cutter left said she would be rite back half an hour latter still not back I left now late for an appointment no fabric diapoinment every time I walh in ur store point I am making to u today or store is worse than WALMART Id rather have nothing than ever come there again Ill drive to mechanicsville an go to BENFRANKLIN . I hope yall shut down soon ( very soon ) your store is the worst at customer service I have ever seen yall shouldnt be servicing a dog kennel

everytime I come here everyone is so nice and respectful. I love that I can use my military discount (somedays) and the prices are reasonable. I suggest this store for anyone.

I dont know why I even waste my time coming in this store! The yarn selection is a total joke! Not to even mention the horrible customer service! OMG!
