Horrible. I always go to the broad street store but i went there today looking for a piston and sleeve for a 2.5 traxxas engine and they had just sold the last one. But they priced it at $38. They sent me to the one on Midlothian and they tried to charge me $59.99. Then aould NOT price match. Said it had to be a mistake on broad st but it was not. They just gouge their prices up to rip people off. I found the same thing online for $40. Not to mention the manager i talked to was completely rude and hung up on me when even though they were ripping me off i was very calm and respectful. Never go to this store. Broad street is a drive but it is well worth the customer service you will get. Midlothian hobby town is a joke.

I totally disagree with the comment that said customer service "sucked". My husband & I were there recently & found just the opposite. We were looking for items for our newly redecorated Florida Room. Needed quite a few things. We asked one employee where something may be & she not only told us but stopped her stocking duties & took us to the items. She then walked us to several other locations in the store where she thought we may see more of a variety. She was so helpful & a lovely person. The cashier was terrific as well. We will shop there often. Love the fact it is owned by a Christian & we love spending our money there. I would recommend this store to anyone. Mary Anne in Chester, Va

The customer service there sucks! We asked where Velcro was the employees response its on the other side of the store on a wall. If you dont know where something is just say you dont know & find someone who knows.Hobby Lobby is all about customer service well at this location it sure looks like they will hire anyone who apply & doesnt give a damn about the customers or a sale. Come on now when I ask where something is I would like a specific location or show me where it is. You work here know where things are within your company!

may be a store with great merchandise but if you are customer with disabilities, you get no assistance at all ... there are no electric carts nor manual wheelchairs available in store ... want to shop here, but unless I have a ride who has a large enough vehicle for my wheelchair/walker, then I NEED a cart or wheelchair to shop ... obviously they only care about able bodied customers, but my money is as good as anyone elses

Hobby Lobby has fake flowers that look REAL, and theyre cheaper than fake flowers you get at the other stores that look so FAKE. They have great art and sewing and craft sections and decor you cant find anywhere else. This is the best place to go for decorations for any holiday! They have a great party selection! Their customer service is excellent! Hobby Lobby is craft store heaven!

Great place with great, helpful staff and large selection of seasonal and holiday decor. I love their Chistmas and Halloween decoration section, it never disappoints. Ive used their frame station before and they are really good at fitting photos to frames too.

Amazing customer service! If you need anything for just about any craft at home this is the place to go. The employees always have smiles on their faces, and the prices are fantastic. Make sure to download their app, as there is always a coupon on it.

Good prices and sales. I can always find a coupon online. Thet have a little bit of everything. If you are a crafter then watch out you will get list in there.
