1st time filling a prescription. The doctors office faxed it in. Called the next day to be told it wasnt in their system. Doctors office reported they had faxed scrip yesterday & would resend it. Called the store to let them know to be on lookout for fax. Was told that faxes are "wishy-washy" and it is best to have doctors office call it in. (My doctor is one who does not do this.) I was told to sign up for text alerts & have the dr. call in the scrip if I dont hear from them in 2 hrs. Not holding my breath. Talk about LAME!

First time to go for a prescription here. Service was terrible. You wont see them smiling at you. There were no too many customers. At this early morning, the lady assisting me was already worn out. I was waiting for the prescription for half an hour and they cant even tell me that I have a problem with it. At least tell me so I could have called my doctors office. After calling my doctor, after 5 minutes it came. I will have my prescription transferred. I dont want to go back to this place ever again!

They are out of the most common prescriptions. The last time I was there, the pharmacist didnt know anything about my prescription that was generic Nexium. Maybe, she wasnt a pharmacist, but a cashier, but since she was in the drive thru pharmacy window, I just presumed. Its close to me. Thats the only reason I go there.

The drive thru is the only thing convenient about this store. That way I dont actually have to get myself, and my 4 y/o out of the car to be told "we dont have that medication in stock".
