Shoppers, it is a nice local place to go, food is good but costumer services is horrible. I used to go very often to this grocery store one time I got over charged. after a week the same thing happen but this time the over charge was more than $50 dollars I didnt complain I just go the money back. Yesterday on an extrem emergency my Friend who is coming from oversea to visit some family members ask to be send some money at first she was ask to bring a ID, which was definately a safety precausion. we had to drive back home an get her passport. when she when to the cashier she as asked for 2 IDs, and they have to be US Issue. What?!?!?!? I asked to speak with the GM, Jennifer. which she has the worst costumer services. firts of all if she didnt know how to handle this situation, the only thing she needed to do was to call and find me another solution for us. she got me more aggravated or call moneygram and asked. she said that it wasnt a policy of shoppers, it was federal! What???? I asked her why wasnt the costumer inform of the two US goverment ID issue the first time we were there. she said nothing! I called the moneygram and of course they give us a solution and I new location to go and pick up the money. it definatley wasnt a federal violation to give money to an turist. I wont be back to this store, I am tired of double looking at my receipt. and to be aggravated by GMs.

Today was my 1st time ever in shoppers and from the looks of the place it looks like it would be a really nice shopping center. Well I went over to the berries and every one of them were black or had mold. A lot of the prices are much hire than food lions too. I was not impressed.

3 stars for two pros and a HUGE Con Pros: Excellent produce selection. They have 2 liter Dr. Pepper 10s. Con: THE CASHIERS ARE EXTREMELY SLOW! I had a guy named Richard and we were in line for 20-30 minutes, which is outrageous!

The food looks old. The donut section is always FULL of flies. It smells bad, like bad meat. The hot bar isnt good. Go to Aldi or Walmart instead.

Great store, we shop here alot...a wide variety of things that a normal grocery chain doesnt always carry with good prices!

Meat dept will cut any custom meat you need from 8AM to 8pm every day. I dont buy meat from anyplace else now.
