First of all ,I am another florist & no what to expect for the value of $125.00 should get me. Just so you know they originally screwed the first time asking for all white flowers & a colorful bouquet in a cheap inexpensive vase @ most $3.00 & they were crammed into the vase. So i complained because first of all hydrangeas were dead after 1 day & wrong item sent .So i discussed with them to replace with all white flowers & pick up & replace... Well it was poorly designed again & crammed into the same cheap vase again... They are very hard to understand let alone the QUALITY of Design is HORRIBLE...... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM.... BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!

YUCK! I Got flowers and chocolates from my inlaws for my birthday. Flowers were fine, but the chocolates were infested with bugs! I called to tell them and they said they would exchange them, but I really dont want anything edible from them! They said they will refund my inlaws. I will need to make sure of that. What bothered me was that they never apologized, and were not at all shocked about the bugs. seemed like they had heard it before. Ick.

My partner sent me what she thought was a beautiful bouquet. Not only did the delivery man call me 5 times because he was lost (completely ruining the surprise), but the flowers arrived smooshed, dead, and missing certain flowers advertised in the bouquet. The woman on the phone told me to bring the flowers to the shop, which was not going to happen, as I was at work. So disappointed in the presentation as well as customer service.

I called at 2:00PM on Friday (day after Thanksgiving) in need of flowers for a funeral the following morning. The gorgeous arrangement was at the church when I arrived. It was fresh, well put together and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for your quick response and compassion as I sniffled my way through the order. I will definitely use Foxchase Florist again!

This florist delivered dead flowers...on Valentines Day. Out of 20 flowers in the arrangement, 18 were dead. I cant believe they even delivered them. When I called and asked how they were going to resolve it, they said theyd send another bouquet at no charge. They didnt. And there has been no refund. I do not recommend this florist.

They did not give me what I ordered- they cut every corner possible and when I tried to complain they conveniently forgot how to speak english. The flowers were half dead, the arrangement was very poorly put together, there were many missing flowers and the vase was the wrong one. Overall horrible experience I will never go back.

I do not believe that some of google reviewers gave one star on this florist. I recently used their services and fully satisfied with their products. With fresh flowers and nice display, I and my friend could enjoy an event with flowers. I STRONGLY recommend this florist. Make your time beautiful with their products :)

Delivered so late at night why did they even bother??? Past 8pm is not acceptable. Ruined her birthday present. Item recieved did not match the style or deluxe height shown on the website. So I paid 15 extra for the standard height? This has to be a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

TERRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered through their website to have flowers delivered to on Valentines Day. They failed to deliver the flowers and have yet to give me a refund. Everyone I have spoken to has been rude and incompetent.

Wow, I was surprised to see some of the other reviews, but I guess the problems are more likely to get vocalized. The flowers they sent my wife looked amazing and were sent super fast.
