I recently ordered flowers from this shop for my sisters birthday. She lives in Falls Church; I live in Minnesota. I cant tell you how many times she has written and called to tell me that it is the most unique and beautiful arrangement she has ever received, and she would definitely tell me if that was not the case. In the past I have had some bad experiences with ordering flowers for family members who live in other states. Ive come to the conclusion that there are a few shops who realize that you will probably never see them yourself, and the recipient isnt likely to tell you that the flowers you sent werent nice or that they died quickly. Thank goodness for the internet; now you can read reviews of a business before using them. Once I have found a good and dependable florist, I know that I can call on them. The lady taking my call was curteous and helpful and didnt try to convince me to spend more than I had budgeted. I told her I would like something that had some purples and/or blues in it. I also mentioned hydrangeas because they are my sisters favorite. I left it up to her to design something nice. My sister received a beautiful arrangement of soft, pastel colors; lavenders, pinks, pale greens; lilies, hydrangea, zinneas, and what looks like iris. She has had the flowers 13 days now, and she just emailed me to say that they are still beautiful. She is wondering if she could hang them to dry to preserve them! My sister is not a stranger to flowers; she buys them for herself to have in her home on an ongoing basis. So these must have impressed her for her to speak so highly of them. I have put a desktop icon on my desk for this florist so I can be sure not to lose the name. Will definitely use them again.

I cant say enough about this florist - they are amazing. My father and step-mother live in Falls, Church. I live in Florida and my brother lives in Alabama. I called Galleria after Googling local florists and noting the positive reviews. The owner herself answered the phone. I explained that my brother and I were both contributing to our stepmoms birthday flowers and told her how much we could afford. She assured me she could arrange and deliver a beautiful bouquet within a few hours. Our stepmom sent photos of the GORGEOUS bouquet - huge, fresh, colorful....so much more than we expected. Please know that you will get friendly service and perfect quality when you use Galleria.

We have used Galleria Florist many times and each time they have exceeded our expectations. This is truly a locally owned small business. The owner, Carol, is there most of the time and really takes the time to understand what her customers have in mind. Most recently I used Galleria Florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. They delivered a fresh and beautiful arrangement. I will never use one of those online services again. Not only do you get better service ordering directly from a florist like this, the prices are better, and you get more for your money. We will continue to use Galleria Florist for all of our floral needs in Northern Virginia. A+

I used this florist for my wedding. They were wonderful. Ive since told 2 other brides about them and they have also loved them. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and the owner created the exact flower arrangement I wanted for my bridesmaids, and then let me take the flowers home. I found this florist after 2 other horrible experiences with florist who were suppose to do my wedding, and when I tried to meet with them to finalize arrangements they didnt show. I went to her 2 months before my wedding and she was wonderful. I was nervous and she calmed me down.

The staff is not that knowledgeable??? Are you kidding me?! The owner, Carol Beales, was the florist for my wedding in March 2008 and I cant sing her praises enough! I wish I could attach photos here - Carol is an amazing floral designer. This is, by far, the most bang for your buck of ANY florist in the northern Virginia area. Pictures from my wedding have been featured in advertisements in the local issues of "I DO" and "Brides Maryland" and all of my girlfriends have used Galleria Florist for their weddings. This place is amazing!

This is a great place to get flowers! I needed a rose for my date today, but I didnt realize most florists are closed on Sundays. So I decided to call Galleria Florist to see if I could get a rose even though it was closed, and the owner said yes. So I went to the store and wow that was the most beautiful rose Ive ever seen! The owner is also very friendly, and she even gave me a discount! I just felt very blessed.

Great customer service, very friendly, competitive prices (on par with flower delivery megasite). I had them deliver flowers for me and it was nice that they werent unfriendly dc salespeople with whom Im used to speaking on the phone. A lot of flower shops in the area - but Ill be using Galleria from now on.

Walked in to be greeted by friendly staff. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered different ideas, the pros and cons of one arrangement over another. I left with a beautiful customized arrangement. Highly recommend this place.

Galleria always does an exceptional job. Every time I have given flowers as a gift the recipients are wowed. I have used a lot of florists over the years, but would never use anyone else in this area...plus the owner is a wonderful person too!
