i live in Chicago and wanted to do something nice for mothers day. Since I could not be there in person, I ordered some flowers for mothers day, paying almost a hundred bucks. No big deal right? Its for mom, and she deserves it. Mothers day comes, and it never gets delivered. Thats understandable, their swamped with orders, and probably have a lot of back log to deal with. I call them around 10 times no answer. Cool. Their probably busy. I call them again the next day and they apologize, saying that they would add some flowers to my order and deliver it that day. Ok Nice! Even though its not mothers day, at least I can surprise her with a big batch of fresh flowers. Nope. Never came. Ive called them another 5 times today and they seem to be screening my calls. So now not only do I have almost $100 bucks charged to my card, but I have nothing to show for it. Good job guys, you can dodge me because I am not in town, but it goes to show you what they do to people they dont have to be accountable to.

I called one morning and said I needed flowers delivered that day - he said no problem. At 5pm I called and asked the status and he said they were on the delivery truck. They were never delivered. I him called 7 more times before he finally answered the next day and he said there was a mechanical problem with the truck and would add some flowers if I wanted. I told him No thanks and credit my credit card back. He said he would by end of the day. Four days later and no credit on my credt card.

I have had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE with this florist. I ordered a boutique of flowers days in advance for a dear friend who was ill. They never NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS! I had to call the florist & the owner who i spoke with had completely dropped the ball. After I called & complained his memory suddenly came back to him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT & SLOPPY especially from an OWNER.***WARNING*** STAY AWAY from this place! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

LOVE ARIEL POTOMAC FLOWERS ! I have using these guys for over 4 years with A++ results . There flowers are above and beyond what they promise and very creative ,fresh designs. The phones sales team is very helpful . I ordered there suggestion FIRE & ice ,RED ROSES WITH FRAGRANT WHITE LIILIES that my wife loved .Perfumed the entire house with devine sweet scent .WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL FLOWER LOVERS !

Delivered the products late at night 8.30 pm to a older lady , when they guarantee me the delivery between 12 and 2 30 pm at least they could have call me to let me know .... They are certainly too busy , since they never answer their phone .... The flowers were nice ..
