I really want to shop local and keep a place like RadioShack alive. I grew up with RadioShack. Every time I turn around their stores are closing. However, Ive never had a good experience in this store. The staff is rude, usually on their cell phones and no matter what the question is the answers always no. Do you have something like this? No, we dont carry anything like that. Do you have something like this? No, were all out. How about if I tried to do this and this? No, that wouldnt work either. Sad and bummed.

Alpha Storms

The employees are made to push premium products on customers, instead of making the checkout process easy and fast. Theyre told to keep the customers in the store for as long as possible. They ask for your email at checkout, so they can send you spam, but they dont gain anything from it, so it doesnt really make sense. Other than that, the employees are very helpful, and try to find the best suited product for their needs.
