Scam!!! Not professional, changes addresses making it difficult to locate as of 5/31/16 address was McKinley Avenue now at a Hookah lounge, requested to meet the owner multiple times after I dropped my TV off, owner is very passive never opened the store, showed up to his store multiple times always closed!!. I had to call Bridgeport Police on owner to get my TV back! I paid the owner $80.00 to give me a diagnosis on my TV, stated the TV worked fine to use and to use another alternative to use cable located on the back of my TV, however problem is still there!!!

Supposed to be authorized service center for Rigid tools. Very rude on the phone, called rigid tools garbage and told me to buy dewalt. Would not discuss the warranty repair that I needed. Hung up on me. Do not even bother to call these people.
