Please, please be warned if you are coming here in an RV! We have never been treated like this at any Walmart, across the US and Canada. We arrived to park overnight at 11 pm, and called several times (no one answered) and drove around to check signs to make sure we were allowed to park here, per the usual Walmart standard of 3 nights. We stay 1 night at most....anyway, at 2 am a tow company was pounding on our window and scared me to death. I thought there was a fire. No, the tow company had been called by Walmart employees and they had us hooked up and we ready to tow us and our children, unless we bribed them with $160. We paid the whole total and they were extremely rude and almost took us anyway, even knowing there were children inside. They still pocketed our money. We were so shocked that any Walmart would be that heartless to call a tow company. Please dont use this Walmart, go to the one down the road or the Smiths across the street- all others are polite. I wish I could give zero stars. I have contacted other Walmart store managers in the area and they were polite and reasonable with RVs, and I still cant reach anyone at this Walmart, thus the public warning for other people.

I am not giving 3 star bc of this. I am from md so this was a little different first time i went there to get bins since we just moved to the neighborhood and I was confused , does the store go back further?? I never been to a neighborhood Wal-Mart. That is convenient. My problem had been with some cashiers. One lady did not want to get a price check for me when it rang out the wrong price. And then youre only can buy cigarettes at the customer service and I think its to all the registers well customer service had quite a line and I thought since I had a bunch of stuff that I would not be rude and go through the customer service line so I went to the register but the register that sell cigarettes was not open. Once I get out there she tells me that she cant get it for me. So I just stood in a long line and now there is at least 10 people at customer service in line and I had to go to stand back in line to get cigarettes I thought that was very rude

This Wal-Mart is less than 1 mile away and it sits across the street from a Smiths. The parking lot is regularly filled with trash, the store hours are NOT 24 hours, they close at midnight and open again at 6 as per what is posted on the door and I found out at 4a.m. this morning, the produce section is miserable with wilted veggies (if the bins are full) and produce pieces all over the floor on every visit Ive made, which is what most of the front end looks like too, and the last time I was there the Service Desk person couldnt add simple whole numbers to give me my change-- Think in terms of $50s and $100s and youll see why I was so shocked. So my review will stand as this has happened too often than not and I wont be back even though its as close as other stores that have slightly higher prices.

I used to really like this Walmart because its never full and the customer service was great. Unfortunately I stopped coming here because of one of the cashiers who apparently hates her job and is always miserable. She has blonde hair and glasses. Usually works mornings. Today I went and she had an attitude and was smashing her fingers against the keyboard and had a problem with my purchase. I didnt come off rude so why does this cashier feel the need to be rude? Anywho I got fed up quick with her poor attitude and left the purchase there. Next time you feel the need to be rude remember the customer isnt at fault if you cant find a better job or have personal issues that should stay at home! I wont be returning since this isnt the first time Ive dealt with her.

This is my main grocery store! If they dont have what I need when Im shopping they will end up having it restocked within a week. The customer service isnt "over-the-top" (like some of the more pleasant employees working at the Walmart stores in W. Jordan/S. Jordan/Sandy etc), however they have always been helpful & friendly towards me. ♡ If I could make one recommendation, it would be that they open up a second register at their customer service desk when that gets busy and the line gets long; it would definitely be more convenient to have a second person available to assist the next customer rather than making everyone wait for the long process that is required when individuals are paying bills or wiring money, for example. Overall, it is a great store.

Worst Walmart ever bunch of racist pricks. I understand I didnt have my Id to use my wifes credit card. So I left got her to come back and buy the few things I was trying to purchase only for them to not ask her for Id probably because she looks white and Im black. So I spoke with the manager who really didnt care at all. But now Im banned from the store because the lil puta called the police. But no one gave a dam about how it all started in the first place. I used to work for Walmart years ago but if a customer has a complaint you should address the issue not act like its not a big deal. So for that you will always get 1 star

My friend and I , both 21+ Went to buy some beer and when we Went to go pay for it the employe asked for ID . I took out mine and the employe wanted both me and my friend to show ID . If im the one buying the beer why does my friend who looks older need to take out her ID ? we clearly explained to her that i will be the one buying the beer and she did not want to take my ID so i think thats bullshit and she need to be nicer . We did not buy the beer because of her rudeness .

This is for the pharmacy staff . My dad went in and was totally disrespected by this little blonde girl for walking up to the counter and he was told exactly this :: step back i cant help 2 people at once!!!!!!! First off F*** you learn how to talk to customers. second im taking this up with corporate. third im coming in to discuss this with yourself and your boss. fouth we will not use this rats hole again. Sad to see how immature our youth really is.

Its a small store with not a very wide selection, and checkout is always slow, even when theyre not busy. And a note to the managers: I just stopped by your store and you looked closed, but this website says you are open at 5:00. So either you were open but didnt look it, or theres a discrepancy between this website and your hours.

The pharmacy is the worst! Multiple times I have called in my prescription about a week before going in to pick it up and then being told they would have to order it and it would take several more days to get it in. Im done with the inept pharmacy at Walmart, I will be taking my prescription elsewhere.
