I have had a few bad experiences at the wall Walmart the only reason I come here is because its like less than a mile from my house one morning I stopped on my way to work to grab something for lunch but the only register was open was the two in the middle my opinion is one in the middle were the cigarettes and stuff are in there one on the food side were most people are trying to check out instead of requiring your customers to walk halfway across the store to be checked out in the a.m. my next bad experience is that there is never enough registers open why the hell do you have so many registers if you only ever have not even half of them open usually only three or four open is flipping ridiculous especially on a Saturday afternoon I just tried to check out I had a total of five items all of which fit in one hand I want to find a registered a check out on an every single register even the express lanes were backed up with cart loads of stuff from other customers know if I was a manager is saying that I would open up other registers for the smaller items or require that the people with the cart loads get out the express lanes not to mention the rude people on my way out I explain to the customer service desk how backed up it was and I barely even acknowledged my presence all in all I feel this is extremely poorly ran Walmart and I agree with other comments there are always empty spots where the merchandise is out of stock and not just here in there all over

Inventory sucks i can NEVER find items that are NEVER a problem at any other WALMART i will travel to ANOTHER only because they hv everything and merchandise&food items that Wall is ALWAYS OUT OF, &THEY NEED serious HELP WITH taking inventory & ordering items that they will be out of on few days or ome week items are there next week NEVER HAVE them! There are several that feel same way! They should ALL BE fired and new rehired!! Customer service is horrible&lack of lines open all the time especially when theres at least 5-6 ppl in the 3lines open&its rush hour after work&i can go to different WALMART shop&find everything and more,check out&be home an extra 10 min away all in the matter of id still be in line at Wall WALMART!! Very sad and the entire store,lack of inventory horrible cusr service & long lines; WHO WANTS TGAT HEADACHE?? THERE SHOULD-5 STARS AS WELL!! THAT STORE GIVES WALMART A HORRIBLE NAME!! MANY I KNOW DRIVE 10-20 MIN OUT OF THE WAY,JUST TO HV A DECENT NON STRESSFUL QUICK TRIP, AS WELL AS FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED&MANY LINES OPEN WHICH MAKES FOR SHORTER, FASTER LINES WITH PLEASANTLY EMPLOYEES WITH AWESOME CUST SERVICE & VERY CLEAN AS WELL!! THEY ALL DESERVE 5×S OVER THE RATINGS OF EXCELLENT & I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE I KNOW & MOST ARE IN AGREEANCE!!

About less than a week ago, the "Front End Supervisor" named Spencer discriminated my girlfriend of 23 years old because I wanted to buy beer for myself as he assumed my girlfriend was "unstable" while wearing her sunglasses inside the store when in reality she suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Secondary Sjögrens Syndrome. She was suffering imense joint pain that night from her RA and she has to wear sunglasses because she has extreme sensitivity to light. He also didnt bother to apologize that night for making a false assumption, he claims that Walmart will "back him up". We went back to show him an official doctors note proving that she does suffer from those diseases and still no apology whatsoever. We will be visiting a general manager from the store location to handle this matter. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt the first encounter we had with him but when we showed him the proof the second encounter we had with him he didnt even budge. Completely disrespectful, expect us again.

Some of the worst customer service ever in this store each time I shop there. I regret it almost every time. It took 3 separate employees to help me find the area I needed for a specific purchase. The 3rd actually took me to the isle I needed in spite of being very busy. The first two, the first being in a more supervisory position, werent very busy but helped the least. Employees should know what section a specific type of product would be found in. Im tired of rude management and ignorant associates whove no clue where anything is. Its no wonder that people around Ogden and even employees of other Walmart stores refer to this one as "the ghetto Walmart". Im only giving 2 stars because of the young man who helped me and because of one other employee whos helped me before in this store, otherwise Id rate it as 1 star or less.

I have a mixed feeling on this store I have been there a few times. Do not go there for their electronic department, no one is ever there to help you! While thats was happening I had some scruffy kid trying to sell me what I was buying.. but he didnt have it on him but if I gave him money he would go get it. After handling that for a good 20 min. I set out to find someone who was all the way up in the jewelry department. They paged some one. I went back waited a good 10 min. The scruff was back following me asking harassing me about the money again.. I told the electronics lady about him and she politely said something Long the lines of oh well. Then I got my tv. Now the jewelry department multiple times have been nice and helpful.

They ad matched the Winco ad in the afternoon, I took my son there at 1100pm and the CSM made several excuses as to why they werent matching the ad. I refuted what she said because Im familar with the policy and she made up a crap reason why she wouldnt match the ad. I took my son elsewhere to shop for his family. The next day, I called Cassidy, the store manager, she said they were matching the ad and while she didnt apologize she was honest about everything. Im hoping the CSM will learn the policy and be polite next time. The Wal-Mart on Riverdale has been much Better. I do understand the crowd at the Ogden store is sketchy but...

Its a Walmart no different than any other nothing special except the friendly out going employees. It has an eye center garden center and has vehicle mechanics as far as the mechanics are Id rate them 5 stars because unlike some places they are fair and dont pull tricks on the under educated quick respectful service all around only down side its Walmart you will save money but quality of products questionable Id save recipets until ensured there not damaged or stuff is missing you might find food under the shelves in the food eisles that has been under shelves awhile management lacks in small places

I think the fact this store got rid of their price matching program and instead were going to lower their prices on all their merchandise but didnt says it all about this store. You pay for your groceries then you have to show the store clerk that you paid for them says even more. They treat their customers like criminals. They need to have a store clerk follow you from the checkout to your car then help you put the groceries in your car then there wont be any question whether you paid or not and theyll be helping the customer so it makes them look helpful instead of suspicious of their customers.
