Wow, what a difference lately! Ive been shopping at Rollins for about 10 years now, and the improvements in the past 6 months or so have been phenominal! Ive always appreciated Rollins for its extremely convenient location, but it has never had the selection of a large chain grocery. While some of their prices are a bit high (usually on prepackaged items and canned food), they also have some great deals. Every day prices include: 99 cent large avacados 49 cent/lb red onions all fresh chiles 69 cents/lb apples 99 cents/lb cucumbers 2 for $1 Fresh herbs 99 cents per box for basil, thyme, oregano, mint, & more One dozen large eggs $1.99 or 18 pack for $2.69 Naked Juice smoothies $2.69 1 lb jar of raw honey $4.89 Plus, they have fresh baked goods, beer ($9.99 for 12pack budwiser) & wine, a huge meat and seafood dept, and deli offerings including whole roasted chickens (fresh cooked on the rotisserie daily) for $6.99 each. The owner, Joe is very nice was responsive when I asked him about carrying new products. He said he is very willing to order new products when people request them, you just have to ask. Theyve even expanded their products to include local, organic, gluten free and vegan options. Rollins now carries Kombucha ($3.79 ea), non dairy ice cream, sprouted grain bread, vegetarian tamales and more! If you havent been here in awhile, it is really worth a second look!

I havent had a car for the last 6 months, and have kinda of been forced to go here (because of the close location to my house) My roommates and I have dubed this place "the overpriced expired food mart". I have found expired bread, old dried up vegetables, brown meat... this place is sick and disgusting. I have took note of some prices in the store to quote on this review... totinos pizza = $3.85, kraft macaroni and cheese (with the powdered cheese)= $2.00, banquet pot pies = $2.75, banquet microwave meals (the ones they usually sell for $1) = $4.65!!! The prices at this place make me cringe, its almost robbery! anything I have ever got from the "deli" has been gross (try the fryed chicken its gross) If anyone doesnt believe me go look for your self... try shoping there and only spending $5.00....this place has something wrong with it!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! Ive wanted to write this review for a long time!!!

It its what it is.. A neighborhood market that has great hours and friendly staff. As long as you speak Spanish or only ask them how they are doing or thank you. Prices are way higher than your normal grocery store. If you DONT wanna make the trip to Frys or Safeway, youll come here. Make sure you check the dates on everything! They arent good about rotating stock.

Its a 2 due to that its only five minutes away. Take that away and what you are left with is an owner who is never there, cashiers who can barely do their job (thanks to refusing to learn proper English), food handlers who are obviously under trained (the cause of many a health code violation), oh! And a deaf janitor who gets upset when you ask him anything.

Yes, there is Air Conditioning. No, it is not a typical large grocery store. However, for me, a local, it is great to be able to walk in and buy fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and prepared foods at very good prices. I believe this store could do better in its presentation, but maybe they would have to raise prices. I kind of like it the way it is.

The only reason anyone shops here is because its convenient. Everything is more expensive(by 10-50% depending on the item) than a regular grocery store chain. Its not very clean or organized. I wouldnt shy away from going here, but I dont think Ill ever come back once I move closer to other grocery stores. Also, CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. On everything.

Great place with good variety of food. They have produce, meats, a deli, smoking paraphernalia and beer and wine. And everyone is always way nice.

Prices are ridiculously high for such a dirty and unsanitary store. They have a deli but wouldnt consider it unless you want food poisoning.
