Warning! Do not take your vehicle to the Tire Lube Express in Quarry Bend Walmart. I had brought my car in to have some tires that I had purchased outside of Walmart mounted and balanced and then put back on my car. my vehicle has special locking lug nuts and requires to be torqued by hand and tightened which is a completely normal request when it comes to your wheels and tires on your vehicle. they refused to do that for me, they said that theyre "torque sticks" would do the job just fine. having an automotive background myself and being a former Tire Lube Express manager at a Walmart I know that those torque sticks although they do work to a certain extent they did not get the precise torque asked and you have to use an impact wrench to use them which I did not want used on my lug nuts but I told them that if they break my lug nuts theyre probably going to have to replace them. they soon after called me over the PA asking me back to Auto and let me know that they were going to decline working on my vehicle instead of coming up with a reasonable solution for me and losing out on their side of $100 I will never return to this Walmart again at least the automotive side of it... By the way I was the first in line and it took almost an hour for them to get set up as they said. horrible customer service especially the lady that seems to be in charge back there... If that was a lady... regardless these ex-cons and high school dropouts have no business working on peoples vehicles that they have their families in on daily basis... Next time in the future with other customers of course not me I wont be returning to this Tire Lube Express. instead of being lazy because its Saturday morning and you open at 9 oclock and didnt even speak to me until 10 maybe try some customer service next time.. definitely not the way Sam would have wanted it..

Absolutely the worst of any Walmart in existence!! I dont like leaving negative reviews but I think I can help others avoid frustration by reviewing this disaster. Dont go here at all costs. You wont find what you need. Its s never in Stock. You wont get any help from any employee. They dont speak English and will flat out ignore you and take their name tag off. This has been the case for the past 3 years! Twice in the last week 3 debit cards have been declined at the register. Different ones at that! They will not apologize to you ever for any inconvenience they cost you. 2 Mastercards and one visa declined. Dont worry because they will treat you like its your fault and you can go start over at customer service and it will read your card or cards just fine. When I complained at CUSTOMER SERVICE, they just look off into space. Maybe they will grunt. Just now, I called and spoke with a "manager". Again no costumer service was provided. When at the end of the call I asked if she was going to apologize and she said sure. Its mind boggling at the complete inability to SERVICE CUSTOMERS. Dont go here, youre better off driving the extra mile or two for the competitor. This Walmart doesnt just take the cake, it takes the ENTIRE F*C KING BAKERY!!!

We were in the area and needed one item so we went to this Walmart. There was, as usual, only one checkout lane open. The self checkout was also open, so we figured that with ONE ITEM, that would be the quicker way to go. There was only one self checkout that would take cash, and unfortunately thats what we had to pay with. Of course the people at that one register that takes cash, had no clue how to work the machine. The apparent manager, Kelley, was no help to anybody there. She was helping nobody, standing there doing nothing, while there was a growing line of frustrated people. After 10 minutes she said she would help someone paying with cash. She informed us very rudely that the people in front of us were, "paying with cash and a card, which is just awkward". She "managed" to insult two costumers and seemed very put out to even be helping us. Overall it took us over 30 minutes of waiting to finally pay for our one item, and it would have been faster to just go to a different Walmart. Just because you work at Walmart doesnt mean you should throw customer service out the window! I would reccomend going to the Walmart in Jordan landing, the employees there actually arent totally incompetent!

I had a terrible customer experience at this walmart Friday February 9th between 5PM and 6PM. I went in to get a new iphone for the straight talk network and they didnt have it. so I asked the man in electronics if he could call another store to see if they had them in stock the kid ignored me while talking to his friend. Then he chuckled and said "Go to Customer Service" I went to customer service to ask them to call and the lady at the desk (kat) seemed annoyed that I had even come to her. An assistant manager was standing behind her witnessing her and failed to correct her rude behavior.... After I overheard her calling another store referring to me "This lady doesnt know what the hell she wants" even though I told her exactly what I was looking for. I told her to forget about it and clearly I was bothering her. I went ahead and drove to the next Wal Mart in Ft. Union and had fantastic customer service at that location. Sandy sucks, between the teenager in electronics who seemed high, Kat at the customer service desk and the assistant store manager who clearly could care less I will not return to this location.

Took my car in for an oil change yesterday to only find out that they are way because I have had it changed several times before and no one has said anything to me about it in the past. They had told me that it is too lazy and didnt want to simply take 20 minutes to do it. I always get it my car because it had an "oversize oil plug" in it. I told them there is no big of a risk to take it out because since its not the right size it was a great possibility that it wouldnt go back in the right way and I could end changed at walmart just at another location. After waiting for nearly over an hour they called me to the counter and told me that they cant touch up having to purchase a whole new oil pan. I said whatever and bought the materials to do it myself. As I went under the car to change it I looked at the plug and it did not say "OS" like they had said it said. It said a serial number and that last to digits we S.O. The plug went in and out just fine. Obviously you dont want these fools touching your car.

I ordered an item online and it said two day free shipping to store for pickup. It was Tuesday and I needed it by Saturday so I figured it would be ready Thursday or Friday, it wasnt. It didnt come in until Monday. It did say it would ready by Monday after I checked out. I was a bit upset but for the cost of the item I was able to wait. Besides the disappointment in time, it was fast and easy to pickup. I didnt even have to wait on an employee to be in the pickup center (which is located in the back of my store under the big orange sign.) I will use again and give myself plenty of time. UPDATE: I did try again to order some foot cream on A noon holiday week. I placed the order Monday morning and my email said it would be ready Wednesday night after 6. It came in close to midnight and I didnt get the confirmation email to pickup until Thursday a little after noon. Still not days as advertised.
