3 months ago they wouldnt fix my tire..So they made me buy a new one. I came back 3 months later to get a new tire cause obviously it was faulty and no good.. the tire they gave me that went flat cause of the valve..Then they tell me they dont have me in the system like I was never there. So they wouldnt give me a new tire. They acted like I was lying about buying the tire from them when my father was a witness to all this and made the first appointment for me. They wouldnt believe my dad either. I found out the used tire they sold me was 3 years old. How u going to sell someone a tire thats over 3 years old??? Then act like u didnt sell it to me!!! They even called the cops on me!!! Just because Im not going to stand for being treated like a liar. These people are rediculous rip offs.. They do anything to get u to spend more money...I will never go back there again n going to tell everyone I know..discount... the should be called the tire bank.. they even keep your bad tires when they should always give them back to u.

I have been going to this branch for a while. The service is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, and they are pretty efficient and fast. What I like most is that I never feel that they are pressuring me into buying new tires. The sales guy even said to me that I could drive my current tires for another 5000 to 10000 miles without safety issues. Since I had noticed a clear decline in the performance of my BMW 535i, I bought a new set of Pirellis nonetheless. I could not be more happy! The car drives great again, and around $750 was very reasonable. The best was that with an appointment it took just under an hour to get them installed. I had a nice lunch at de Falcos while waiting :-)

Discount tire has always been extremely friendly and helpful during my experiences. I went on Thursday to get tires done but couldnt get them because they had a compressor fail which backed them up a few hours. The gentlemen behind the counter was so nice and helped me make an appointment for Monday. When I walked in Monday, Mike was right at the door to greet me (and all the other customers that came in during that time). They told me no more than 45 min - an hour for my car to be finished. It literally took them no more than 30 minutes. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in a while! Keep it up guys!

They are the best..I have been buying tires and wheels since 1987 from Discount Tire in Tacoma, Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona. They have taken care of everything from my early 740 Volvos to our Dodge and MB Sprinter work vans with multi-tread compound snow tires to Porsches Turbos and 458 Ferraris. They handle my tires and wheels with the utmost professionalism. And they have never damaged any of the wheels. I have also purchased many sets of high end wheels (Tech Art Etc) from them at very competitive prices. I will not take my cars anywhere else for Tires and Wheels.

Always friendly & courteous staff, despite their ALWAYS being very busy and full of customers. The sales staff are attentive, and manage to greet and update you on your services status. The techs in the shop area are neat, professional and timely. Id tell anyone not to be discouraged if you walk in and they are packed; theyll take care of you, and in a reasonable time, it happily to make you an appointment if a moderate wait is not your thing. Finally, their prices are usually as good, AND often BETTER than most other tire centers, including the warehouse clubs.

Made an appointment for 12:00 and arrived 15 mins early as requested. My car got on the rack at 12:15. The people working on the car moved at s glacial pace and spent significant time talking to one another and laughing. Even though I explicitly stated my wheel lock were in the trunk, the technician got dirty hand prints all over my interior while looking for the wheel lock in my glove compartment. Thoroughly unimpressed with this location. Ive been going to Discount Tires for years, and this location just isnt up to the standards of other locations.

They have great service WHEN IT COMES TO TIRES. They have speedy, reliable workers that know their TIRES. I wouldnt let anyone work on my TIRES; until I heard they had something to say about my medication. Maybe they have a say in a campaign dealing with fixing road ways, or maybe even fuel taxing.... but DISCOUNT TIRE has NO say on medical marijuana. Totally disappointed, and already planning to visit BIG O TIRE... BIG O TIRE is worried about my car... not my medication. Bye bye discount tire.

I needed new tired and called C&R. They gave me a quote... Called Discount Tire to see if they would match the price, and they did. Closer to work and the staff is great! They were SO friendly. The experience was smooth, and I felt like a valued customer. 4 tired for $400 installed isnt a bad deal... Wont have to worry about tires for a while. They are amazing and they try and get you out as quick as possible.. staff is very friendly and they know what they r doing I always come here its close to my job and I just love coming. But when you come at 4:45pm and they bearly pull were car in at 6:00 pm is a pain but other then that they r great
