I visited this store on Friday 4/15/13, I had never shopped at factory 2 u prior to this visit. All I can say is that I have never been to a brick and mortar clothing store where you couldnt try on the clothes, now thats not a big deal and all, however the fact that they dont refund your money if you dont like how a certain item fits is extremely questionable to me. They offer you store credit, what good is that if you still cant try on their merchandise? Anyway besides that, this was by far the most unorganized store I have ever visited, I couldnt push around my babys stroller due all the clothes on the floor!! I will never return to any Factory 2 U, NEVER shop at any store that is not willing to refund YOUR money, ALWAYS question these types of business practices and question wether youre willing to support such policies, thank you google for allowing me to fore-warn my fellow consumer.

They have some really nice clothes and unbelievable prices , I challenge you to find any other store who can beat theyre pricing, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, they knew theyre merchandise very well.
