The best thing about this shopping center is that it is open on Sundays. Also, this shopping center has a lot of good stores that are not really found else where in SLC, concentrated in a small area. The parking lot here, however, is a nightmare. If you do stop into this shopping center be sure to visit the library that backs up into the parking lot near the Barnes and Nobel. It is in a historic building and has a great selection of media, books, magazines and a nice are to read too. Also, a good kids section.

Without regard to rating the stores here, the chopping center itself is pretty terrible. Parking is abhorrent, only beaten out by the absolutely terrible traffic flow in getting in or out, out especially. I often try to avoid the main entrances if at all possible, and I usually dont even try to park close to stores because there arent enough spaces, which are tiny anyway. If it werent for the convenience and the area, I wouldnt want to come here.

My Car was stolen from the Parking lot in the middle of the day. I had the keys with me. It is generally difficult to find a parking space, so sometimes you park away. I guess with the lack of security there, its a good spot for thiefs. My friend hd her car stolen from there recently as well, and the officer said there are a lot fo crime problems in that parking area. So, if you have to go there, take the trolley and walk the rest of the way.

Chaotic for trying to find a parking when there is only 80 ish available in front of sugar house movie theater. Busiest section in sugar house, I really dont know whats going to happen after the high rise apartments get completed. Traffic hell, with cars trying to run over people walking across to go to their stores. I avoid this place. Except when I need to go to Michaels and kitchen store and fed ex.

Really love the shopping center here. Theres quite a large selection of shops here thatll satisfy whatever you need. From clothes to crafts, dining to desserts, youll find them all conveniently all together. And if you still have time after shopping, theres a nice and clean park just across the street to enjoy the views and just chill. This is a great place to spend a whole day at.

This place is dying! It was constructed about 20 years ago and was great for many years. Recently though, two big stores, toys r us and ShopKo, have closed down and nothing has replaced them. The surrounding area is all being updated. We may see this shopping center totally demolished in the next few years and replaced with something similar to the other development in the area.

For being one of the only shopping centers near by, its not half bad. Parking is a mess, hard to get in and out of this place, and people have no idea how to drive or what the rules of the parking lot are (stop when someone is pulling out instead of driving as fast as you can past them so you dont have to stop). Could use some better shops or more shops.

They could use more clothing stores. There arent many around sugar house. Nordstrom is pricey for a student. Michaels has great people there. They always are having sales. Sad to see shopko go but hope something cool will take its place. Appartnent building and senior living were built right next to it kind of throws of the sugar house vibe.

Its a wonderful center to shop and browse through ONLY if you can find a place to park. Parking is the centers downfall. There even planning on adding a hotel to the same center which will aggravate the current situation. Hopefully the center has a plan to ease the frustration allowing its patrons to have a more enjoyable experience.

Parking has turned into a problem here. The new condo/apartment building on the North of the complex ate up a huge portion of the parking, and nothing has been added. I know there is a move to convert part of this complex into residential, which sounds like a strange idea given the packed parking lots.

Lots of parking!!! -- that is hardly ever filled. And, has a Barnes and Noble -- I normally sit in the coffee area and read a magazine while my wife shops. Also has an Old Navy, Mens Warehouse, Optical shop, Noodle Factory (another favorite place to eat), Panda Express, Rubios, and other shops.

The shopping is great! Spoons and Spice is my favorite and then I can grab soup or sandwich from Zupas, go to Nordstrom Rack or catch a movie. The parking is terrible though. I guess its a good sign that it is always busy, but the layout of the parking lot is messy and hard to maneuver.

Torn on this area. Also sorta nostalgic for the Sugar House that once was. So bearing that in mind. Some good shops and some chain stores. Parking is becoming more and more of a problem as is the ever increasing homeless population. Regardless I find myself here several times a month.

The coffee shop is gone, the movie theater is no longer a 1 theater, and now shopko is gone. Its being ruined, slowly but surely. They need to get the relaxed atmosphere they used to have back to the area. Be more family oriented. Appeal to better clientele.

Three noticeable landmarks make this place is good. The movie theater, a kitchen supply store and crafts store. There isnt much parking and it is very congested. Some of the restaurants are great hole-in-the-wall places, the rest has more to be desired.

Vale a pena visitar se vc estiver buscando pelos serviços de cabelos, unhas ou cinema e também pela Nordstrom Rack.

Pretty decent selection of shops, from Barnes and Noble to oldnavy and others. Very close to the nearby movie theater, comics, video game stores. Walking distance to many restaurants and Sugarhouse coffee. Freeway very close nearby.

Clean and ok selection of shops and restaurants. Parking isnt very plentiful during movie times, so if youre on your way to see a movie or have a massage appointment in the evening at massage envy plan accordingly.

Many changes to Sugar house. I grew up here. Sad to see so many things have gone. New and improved is always great. I still will take tracks or the bus and spend my time shopping here. Always fun to find bargains!

Plent of shops and options to eat and buy anything from clothing to hair products to video games to sporting goods, this shopping center has it all, even a remodeled movie theater with plush leather seating!

Mall is ok, parking lot is terrible. Spots are too small and it does not handle traffic well. 3 separate times I have had my car hit by another car opening their door or running a cart in to it.

A lot of variety and a lot close by. The shopping area is big, but it is also hard to navigate. Parking can also be a pain at times. Overall a great spot in the heart of Sugar House.

This part of the city is becoming a new spot for some hustle and bustle lots of things to do lots of cool places to eat I do wish there was more of a variety of stores there though
