As outlet malls go, this one is good. Plenty of parking to be had, with complimentary chargers for electric cars. There are two small playgrounds for a kid break. There is only one cafe that offers any type of food (there are some close fast food options by car). There are benches and do be tables spaced around where my dad usually waits for us to finish. ;) The customer service is friendly and located between the upper and lower sections of the outlets, close to the upper playground. They offer a lifetime membership for a one-time $10 that gives you coupons anytime you visit. They also offer a $5 coupon book you can get without any membership (though this comes with your membership free any time you go). Totally worth it. I recall finding better deals years ago, weve been doing our back to school shopping here the last 25 years, but there are still some to be had. There is something here for most any shopper looking for their style, though not much by way of high end shopping if thats what you fancy. I do not love shopping. Im a get in, get out kind of shopper, and I can always count on a couple stores to spruce up my teacher wardrobe.

They have lots of good prices and great brands (Abercrombie & Fitch , Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Fossil, Under Armor (Flagship), Levi, Nike, Adidas, Bcbgmaxazria) and more. The best part is they are mostly outlet stores! With discounted prices! Its a relatively big outlet mall with only two food choices (clockwork cafe , Harry & David (chocolate shop) Clock work cafe is locally owned and has a lot of good choices from wraps to salads. They also let you make/suggest different types of wraps (not on their menu)! The mall also has vending machines around. The layout is very open, its all outdoors -meaning the stores dont connect on the inside. The shopping services does a good job at keeping the facilities clean and organized! There are lots of parking spaces and they offer additional discounts in the form of a coupon book that costs only $5 and can be free if youre a part of AARP. They also have a Tanger Club Frequent Shopper program that gives you a free birthday present (usually a $15 gift card) along with free stroller rentals (if needed). Its all around a good option!

Here is the tips for you if you have no idea how to shop in Tanger Outlet. 1. Register for the membership service. It costs you $10 one time fee for life. Everytime you visit you get some snacks, water, and coupons book. Your $10 is technically worth in your first visit. 2. Register your receipts to the membership services and start accumulating points. 3. You will get gift cards based on your spending. Make sure you use your points by the every end of the year. Otherwise, expires. 4. You will get some special coupon for your birthday 5. Some stores have sms program. You can see the advertisement. You can always ask the salesman. 6. Of course start from clearance. Dont look at the size. You have to try it. Some sizes run small and some big. Even though your waist is 4 and found something size 6, try it. It might be originally size 4 but tag was mistakenly added as 6. Shss! Im sharing my wife’s tricks. Enjoy the shopping guys.

I always love shopping at this outlet mall! We drive 25 miles from home up the canyon to some cleaner air, we plug in our electric car at Tangers free ChargePoint power stations, and go shopping at our favorite places. The Customer Service office staff is great to work with and keep us updated on their rewards program prizes and levels, promotions, etc. Tangers Under Armour, Calvin Klein, Bath & Body Works, and Harry & David stores are our regular stops and we love many of their staff and management teams. Also have had great experiences with Lucky Brand Jeans, Banana Republic, Wilsons Leather, and Fossil stores. The whole mall makes a great afternoon stop. Thank you for being a great, clean mall, holding your tenants to high standards, and having a great staff. We also love the promotional coupons that you mail us! Those make it well worth the visit.

Pros: 1) stores and selection vary. 2) Parking is decent. 3) Its clean. 4) There are playgrounds, which is great positive for children to save up their energy for the playground while behaving in the store. 5) We have found deals from time to time. 6) They do a good job with snow removal, to where it doesnt impede the shopping trip. 7) Free Wi-Fi. Cons: 1) people think the prices will be lower and for most stores they seem on par with their brands, elsewhere. It can be true but, mostly I havent found it so. 2) There could be more seating placed around for those shopping partners whom are along for the ride and a place to sit could likely encourage enjoyment for both parties.

Been delivering pizza to tanger outlets for over 7 years with absolutely no problems, just swing up close to the store run the pizzas in and out like 3 mins at the max. Now the new security guard wants us to find a parking spot before bringing there food in. The only problem with that being if ranger outlets is busy sometimes there is absolutely zero parking spaces, and it could take a very long time to find a parking spot. By the time I do customer is mad about how long the delivery took. Plus us delivery drivers only make 4 bucks an hour while driving so basically he is telling me to work harder for less money .
