The only indoor Mall in Las Cruces, NM. For what it is, its fine but many of the stores here I either cant find things that will fit me or the v stores dont sell what Im looking for I find Mesilla Valley Mall every stagnant unable to find good stores to support the Mall itself. Rent for vendors is rather high for such a small Mall, I hear but am not sure of that. I know the Mall seems to change almost every time I go there. Their security personnel need further training on ADA requirements when it comes to service dogs and not be so quick to judge and boot out persons using such animals. I saw a security guard boot out a woman using a service dog who was barking. It turns out that the dog was doing her job as she was trained to Bark when her handler was having a seizure, the security guard immediately escorted them out because the dog was barking. I spoke to the security officer and handed him an ADA service animal card with all the rules and regs on it, attempting to get him to understand that the dog was not barking uncontrollably or with viscous intent, the dog was only doing her job. He refused to listen to me or the handler about her dog. Neither of us has visited this Mall since. I have only been to the theatre not actually inside the mall. Even with official cards from the ADA this one officer broke the law and insisted the handler and dog leave and do not return with the dog. I have spoken to mall security attempting to explain the situation and just because a patron complains about a barking dog does not mean the dog is out of control. They need to follow ADA guidelines to avoid a lawsuit.

No policy or signage listed prohibiting it and after spending hundreds in singular visits I am pestered to leave by a puffed up security guy for having a knife attached to my bag. Not everyone is driving a suv. People do walk and bike and I have no place to stow items as in a car and Ive made the trip and made purchases and have bothered nobody. Without signage nobody would even know that the person I was with was ceacealed carrying since there is no notice of prohibition. You need to check your power tripping security harassing paying customers and realize that people transit by various and markedly superior means that needs certain accommodation. You need to treat your customers with respect.

The security guards act like they are real police. Look I would never do this but your security staff is the worst. Sorry but what are they going to do the manger who thinks he captain. Lol is the best he thinks he’s tough he like 20000 pounds over weight and can tell he was picked on. And I never would write this but they are cocky security guards who think they can talk and treat you how they want. Cause they think the girl in the store might let them hold there hand. Dude give up she don’t want you. Look at you. You couldn’t becomes cops because Dunkin’ Donuts took priority so deal with it and let go. And you guys couldn’t catch a fat kid stealing cake.

Straight out of the seventies. I cant believe this is "the" mall in Las Cruces. It is dark, with old, dark carpeting, no skylights, and mediocre lighting. The stores themselves are fine, but the mall feels depressing. There is a sad, little food court, with a few better choices for food scattered throughout the mall. It is anchored by a Sears at one end which has seen better days, and a JC Penneys at the other. Thank goodness for Dillards in the middle.

Yes this mall has a couple of major department stores, but this mall is so small and more than half of it has empty space where there use to be stores. A lot of stores pop up and then disappear. We couldnt even get the Gap to last. The mall here is neglected, and you dont get the whole "mall experience" when youre here. Youve got about one round of walking before youve seen everything youre going to see.

It used to be way better, when they had Pac Sun, American Eagle, Wet Seal, and so on. Considering this is a college town, I just expect there to be more stores for college kids to shop for clothes at. Im hoping within the next few years they improve their stores, because most people I know go down to El Paso to shop for clothes now. But they do have good stores besides that.

This is the only place teenagers can go for entertainment in this retirement home of a city. It used to be fun for us kids, but stores keep closing down and they end up getting replaced with new boring stores. Hopefully one day something will open in this city where kids can finally do things instead of getting fat by eating potato chips on the couch all day.

This mall used to be good but now its slowlydying. The only good store there is Hollister and jcpenney. The mall management needs to lower the rent for more better stores to open. Pacsun and American eagle closed down already and theres probably gonna be more closing. And Honestly they need to build a bigger mall.

The mall will probably be closed within 5yrs. Terrible pricing on everything, probably because the mall rent is so high. Lost all of their good stores. Kiosk people bother you without even making eye contact. I havent spent a dime at the mesilla valley Mall in years and I dont plan on doing so any time soon either!

Good variety of stores, but a few that cone and go. You can tell that the mall makes a good effort at staying current, but the are parts of the mall that stay dead year-round. I would love to see some more restaurants in the mall. Sit and serve type instead of food court. A Red Robin would be the bomb!

Its the only effing place to shop at in Las Cruces! They need to flip this out of date mall and remodel it add another level or something! But I like The Chinese Food at the food court its delicious and affordable. They have variety of stores. Also got Barnes and Noble w/ Starbucks is a bonus too!

This mall sucks butt. All the good stores have/ are in the process of shutting down. Barnes & Noble is the only store keeping this mall in business. This is however one of the only places you can buy clothes in Las Cruces. Its definitely worth taking the time to drive to another mall in El Paso.

This is a small Mall with very limited stores. The largest being Sears, Dillards, JC Pennys, and Conns. My favorites at this mall are Barnes and Nobles ( for sipping Starbucks coffee and reading the magazines) and The Cinaport10 ( for the Monday Senior day, buy a meal and get a free movie).

When is this mall going to be updated by more than a coat of paint? This is a small old mall with not a single toy store. Need to build upstairs and add something to do. Laser tag, glow gulf, zipline, climbing wall, games, trampolines, something to do. Not everyone enjoys shopping.

Comfortable place to shop for some items. Parking is generally easy to find close to the door you need to enter. They make me jump through a hoop to connect to WiFi so I dont go as often as I would if it would just connect. Barnes and Noble has an easy to connect to WiFi.
