The worst parking experience of my life! Ticket machine at the entrance scanned my license plate and got it wrong, nearly blinding me in the process! I finally find a parking space (their "smart parking" system isnt accurate about how many spots are open in each row...). Upon exiting my car after parking, I was unable to find my way out of the parking maze. There are no signs pointing towards the mall entrance, only signs directing drivers towards the exit or more parking. Several locked/handleless doors later I finally found an unlocked door with stairs behind it. I tried to figure out which level I was on, but could find no sign stating this, so I proceeded down the stairs, founding the number of flights I descended. The stairs led to a nice park and creek behind the mall. I finally found an entrance to the mall and proceeded to hurry through my shopping (parking is only free for 1 hour). I went back the way I came from to get to my car, but the door to the parking stairs was locked and had no handle. I went back into the mall intending to stop at guest services and complain and ask them how to get to my car. I found the entrance to the parking garage instead. I went up 3 flights of stairs (thats how many I had gone down) and headed in the direction I thought my car was. Turns out I was two levels under my car, and now its 10 min past the end of my free hour. I proceed to drive to the exit which is way easier to find than the mall entrance. I pull up to the payment kiosk and realize I have lost my ticket. Well, they scanned my license plate upon entry so they should have no problem looking up my entry time, right? No. Its a $16 fee for lost ticket. Whats the point of scanning my plate then? So I resign myself to pay this stupid fee when I realize that the kiosk HAS NO WAY TO PAY FOR A LOST TICKET. So I push the button with a picture of a phone on it and nothing happens. I turn on my emergency flashers, because at this point about 5 cars have gotten stuck behind me and had to back up and get into the other exit lane. I try tapping the screen, pushing the phone button harder and then again harder. Still nothing happens, so I put in my credit card thinking "maybe it will recognize that this is a credit card and just charge me $16 and let me go." How stupid am I? Of course that doesnt work. I try it 3 more times anyways. Pound the call button and the screenn and seriously consider just driving through the gate. I dont want to damage my car, so I end up BACKING MY CAR ALL THE WAY BACK INTO THE GARAGE. Good thing there were two lanes. I find a parking spot and go back into the mall. I was probably very rude to the man who helped me, but he led me to the parking office (which is naturally at the other end of the mall). They give me a ticket that will let me out of the parking. I FINALLY escape this parking nightmare in a very bad mood about 45 min. after originally trying to leave. At least I didnt have to pay for parking after all that. Overall very bad!!! They wasted money on a stupid system. Its a shame, really.

(Sunglasses Hut kiosk inside Macys, by the cosmetics) Terrible sales associates! I bought a pair of sunglasses and didnt examine it too closely when it was bought. I looked at it when I got home and realized they were faulty. I went back to return it within 3 days. It was a different sales associate that was in the middle of pressuring some ladies into buying sunglasses, she asked me to wait. I stand and wait about 10 minutes until finally the ladies decide not to make the purchase. She asks what can she do for me, and I explain to her the situation and IMMEDIATELY she attacks me! She raises her voice and tells me that when she sold it to me that day, she didnt see anything on it. Then she gives me some sort of lie about no exchanges or refunds. First off - I didnt buy the sunglasses from her! I had bought them from a different sales associate - so right off the bat I could not trust this sales person. I let her know and she continued to raise her voice at me finally telling me to come back when the manager is in. If you want sunglasses - DONT COME HERE. They will sell you faulty sunglasses and deny it, even if its not the same sales associate. The manager gave me a different carrying case when I exchanged the sunglasses, but guess what... THE CASE WAS SCRATCHED! Yes - the case was scratched and very noticeable. The manager also tried to blame me for the faulty glasses that she sold me. By giving me the scratched carrying case ONLY CONFIRMS that she was aware of the small damage to the sunglasses when she sold it to me! This was very disappointing - I would expect something from an outlet or "last-call" place like Nordstrom Rack - but NOT Macys AT the CC Mall.

Assistant Manager, Nicolette, was rude and combative from start to finish. I had been in the store for 20 minutes trying to ship a 5 lb. package. The Fedex Ground truck driver came in while I was next in line and asked Nicolette if there were anymore packages, she said no. Since i was standing right in front of them, and had just dealt with Nicolette for 20 minutes, I reminded her I had my package. She said it couldnt get on the truck and told the driver to leave. He said it was "no problem, I can wait". Nicolette insisted he leave. Ridiculous! I had used Fedex peanuts for packing and asked for a bag to unpack my box, that I was leaving because of the treatment from Nicolette. Just then the driver came in from the back and told me he was waiting fro my package, so i requested another customer representative, Scott, who was polite and understanding having just witnessed Nicolettes horrible customer service. It seemed like the other employees were used to Nicolettes antics and were trying to be extra helpful. He checked me out and handed my package to the driver who presumably put it on the truck. Nicolette must be fired. DO NOT SHIP HERE!!!!!

I used to come here occasionally for one reason or another. I ended up having to come here today because my local Apple Store is in the cherry creek mall and Apple required that some diagnostics be run on my computer before the battery gets replaced under warranty, a completely reasonable request in my mind. So I went the the Apple Store had on problems with their service, but on the way out of the mall I was require to pay for parking! I had spent about an hour and a half of time in the mall during which the only thing I did was have Apple look at my computer, a computer that broke under a warranty that I paid a extra $400 for. The idea that I have to pay to park to take advantage of a service that already paid is completely ludicrous. Next time Ill just send it to Apple and wait the three days. I dont care how much it costs, I will not pay for parking to take advantage of a warranty or to be completely honest just to shop for something in person. Cherry creek mall just lost another customer for good. People ask why everyone shops online now and why companies like sports authority go out of business, its because of BS like this!
