I understand the mall isnt the best in the world. Perhaps, not even the best in the nation, but you know what, Im glad to be in a city that has one. Im a southern white woman, and where I come from, we dont even have a mall. I hear a lot of you complaining about the Mexican race and how El Paso is this and that. Well, if you dont like it here and you dont like the Mexican race, then why did you pick Fort Bliss. Makes no sense whatsoever! Ive moved here with my husband, as well as a few of my friends from Indiana and Bama, and they love it here. Yeah there may be a few people who are racist here, but its like that every where in the world. We dont live in Utopia people. Those that I know who are veterans in the military, really dislike the new generation of military men/women, because they are annoying and ignorant. Sadly, I agree! Not everyone is, but most of them are. However, The mall is fabulous, customer service could be better, the stores in my opinion, are amazing. Much improvement is needed, but overall I like it.

Cielo Vista is a famous El Paso location. It is the biggest mall in the Area and if you are looking to get the latest in clothes, technology, or food you can come here and have a good time, since the Mall has the biggest national retailers in the area. Also it is right next door to Walmart so you could come here on a Saturday morning with your family and then go grocery shopping right after. The Food court offers a wide selection of food including your typical McDonalds, Subway,Taco Bell, Chick Fil A, a Pizza place and a few chinese and thai restaurants. Theres a Cinemark right outside which makes this a common hangout for teens and college students who come here to buy stuff and hangout with their friends.

A sido el Mall principal de la Cuidad por años. No encuentras muchas ofertas en la mayor parte del año, pero es un buen lugar para visitar. En ultimas visitas he tenido la sensación que hay delincuentes por la plaza solo recorriendo los pasillos, aunque hay buena vigilancia dentro, afuera no se ven recorridos de policia.

The place is cool and comfortable, store distribution is nice and encourages you to explore as stores types are not clustered together. Variety is good enough in clothing and accessories, a bit lacking in electronics but overall ok. The food court is not very good so I would not recommend it unless youre really hungry and are trapped inside for a while. Resting spots are widely available and the decorations of the mall make a good idea to pause for a moment while shopping. The place can get really crowded so I recomend getting there early and leaving before the parking lot becomes a mess (which happens often).

Olive Garden Cielo Vista Labor day monday, party of 12 we had reservations. Not enough Handicap parking. 3 spaces wasted in front for pick up only. We parked at Macys handicap space and walked to Olive Garden. Service was bad, got a piece of gum on the plate she handed me. Had to change order, ran out of Salmon, Tilapia was dry and tasteless. 9 of our group finished while 3 others waited for food. On 1 order they served what looked like green onion tops instead of asparagus. Didnt enjoy it at all. After complaining, mgr did give us a small discount. Will not eat there again.

Bien lugar para pasar el rato en familia o con amigos. Sin embargo creo que este lugar necesita más atracciones. Es bastante simple y los comerciantes que están en los pasillos son bastante molestos. Uno entiende que es su trabajo, pero ellos no se detienen cuando uno dice "NO GRACIAS "

I would recommend not to go here. This mall has roaches and ants. I went to hot dog on a stick and a ant was crawling on the wall and they acted like it was completely normal. I am a former employee at Macys at this mall and in their lunch room and second floor stock room there were a big roach sitting there and they didnt do anything about it. I also went to the Chinese food place and there was an roach on the wall. Starbucks also has roaches. There was a full grown roach crawling on the wall and counter, nobody did anything. This place is filthy. Do not go here !

Este Mall tiene muchos años sosteniendo una buena apariencia y para los que lo conocen es relativamente fácil encontrar los artículos que buscan. Hay buenas opciones de comida rápida y un muy amplio estacionamiento, aunque casi siempre está a un. 60% de su capacidad.

Always very crowded and the screaming kids are outrageous. Choices for quality stuff in the clothes departments are so so but electronics stores are okay if you have the money but itd probably be better to go to a actual place like best buy or something. The perfume shops are not so bad, the eatery needs to be tended to better for cleanliness and variety is lacking along with quality. Bassett mall has stepped up and is giving Cielo Vista mall a run for the money in the past few years.

Cielo vista sigue siendo ese lugar mágico en donde te puedes sentar en una banca solo a observar a las familias disfrutar sus compras. Lugar a donde sin duda puedes vivir la experiencia de comprar lo que mas te gusta. Para mi un lugar feliz!

Centro comercial más tradicional en El Paso Texas, lugar donde podemos encontrar tiendas como Sears, Dillars, Macys, Jc Penny, Hollister, Abercrombie, Victoria Secret y muchas otras de bastante calidad, cuenta también con área de comidas.

I bought a body lotion from one of the open stalls called Mica Cosmetic, it was a disaster , it gave me reaction. I reported this to the store, they did not even show any customer service sympathy, they simply didnt care. They collected the product from me and threw it in the trash and told me to go ahead and do whatever i like. The worst thing is i paid them 64.59usd, they are not sure because one of them said they sold it at 10usd which means they have been duping customers.

Gran variedad de tiendas, muchos restaurantes con todo tipo de comida pero es muy difícil encontrar estacionamiento cerca de las tiendas que vas a visitar. Lo bueno es que haced un buen ejercicio por todo lo que caminas.

There is a large variety of stores to pick from and a lot of venders, in my personal opinion the best vender is the one downstairs with a blackboard that shows every event in the area and also sells tickets to those events. The staff in zumiez, footlocker, and champs are helpful, I however went to almost every shoe store in the mall and I barely had anybody help me with the shoes size. Thats my only downside

Tell you, if I could give negative stars, I would. What is with all the kiosk Nazis thinking that they can touch you, or grab you as you walk by? If I wanted their trash product, I would stop and look. But placing your damn hands on me to try to spray me with something that is to remove dead skin that Im told no soap can remove, NO! The mall needs to do something about these idiots. Really!
