This place is not family friendly, the staff of Sbarro are awful. One of the employees cut right in front of me as I was taking my daughter to the family bathroom. Instead of using the mens room like any guy who isnt a pedophile would do. Turns and sneers at me as he goes into the family restroom. Needless to say I confronted him when he came out and I was not too nice about it. After the confrontation was over and done with I left the mall and was then accosted in the parking lot as I was trying to leave by a cross-eyed lazy eyed guy who thought he had some authority telling me I am not allowed back in the mall.. Well who wants to go to a mall where there employees will purposely use the family restroom instead of using the public restroom. Did I mention I dont think the Sbarro guy washed his hands....I heard the toilet flush and he came out immediately..think maybe the health department would be interested in that.. Believe me they dont need to tell me not to come back to this Ghetto mall....thought the new owner was going to turn it around guess not

Bought two tires at WalMart. I asked that they put one of the old tires on the spare. When I returned it hadnt been done. I had to convince the manager to do it for me and he reluctantly agreed. Within 20 miles I had a flat. When I pulled out the spare, I noticed that it was worn down and the belts were showing through on what had been the inside of the tire. I had no idea that the tire was in such poor shape. I believe that they should have told me when they mounted it. I believe that they have a RESPONSIBLITY to tell the customer that a tire is not safe! If I had known, I would have purchased another tire. We had to drive 30 miles at 30 mph to another WalMart in order to purchase two more tires. Very very very poor customer service. We could have been seriously injured driving on that spare.

Its a mall. A two story mall. ...okay, a little more in depth... one side of the mall is b-e-autiful. With the cheesecake factory, drive-through entrance/pickup, near the container store, along with the parking garage next to Macys... the other side of the mall (near the food court) belongs to a parking lot that is a lot rougher, unkempt, and seems less secure. Strange how you can simply drive to the other side of a complex and get a completely different vibe. Its got all the shops you could need, and then some, the interior of the mall is nice. The only downside *still..* is the lack of convenience in escalator location. You may be walking for a little ways before you are able to find your way to the second floor.

Id say the mall is only halfway full of stores. Its really disappointing and sad to see. I come here for movies at the AMC theatre. Barnes and Nobles is always good, I like Ross but hardly shop there because the lines are always so incredibly long, Glitter the $1 accessory store is fun (better than super expensive Claires) and Rue 21 is good as well but they are located at Tucson Mall and I wont be surprised when they move to the Premium Outlets. The food court is pretty sad looking now too. I mainly come for movies. Otherwise the mall is clean. Parking lots feel safe. I believe there are mall walkers in the morning if someone needs someplace to exercise. And its not too busy anymore because people go elsewhere.

ONE BIG GUN FREE ZONE! As much as I like the Zales store in this mall I havent been back since I saw all of the anti-gun stickers on the doors. Instead of letting the stores pick and choose individually the owners of this mall decided that they would make the entire mall a gun free zone. Theres not even any armed security that patrols here, and I have seen some very shady people walking around this place. If you like going to a place that makes defenseless victims out of every law abiding shopper then this is the mall for you. If you dont like target rich environments for criminals then avoid this mall. Ignorant anti-gunners will consider this place paradise, the rest of society will consider it dangerous.

The mall used to be great, but recently it has taken a hard hit. The mall was originally intended to be a outlet mall, only serving lesser quality stores compared to regular malls. However, many stores have left or gone out, leaving a lot of empty space and not much left at the mall. The design of the mall is really weird, a mix of blue and tile, which is not very modern. The location is good but the management is suffering. It would be nice if the mall got renovated and new stores were brought in to make things better. There is plenty of space and parking, it should be put to good use. Only suggestions, so thanks for listening.

Unfortunately, as with most malls in the United States, this one is on its way out. After speaking with several employees of the various anchor stores, I was told over and over that the anchor stores were remaining, and that new stores were being brought in to "refresh" things. I cant for a moment even consider that a possibility, and hope that no-one would be fool enough to renew or start a new lease here. On its way out, with a barren selection, and the only redeeming features being the bookstore and the movie theatre.

“Pour les accros du shopping !” Grand parking, quelques boutiques et prix intéressants si vous avez quelques heures à perdre ou pour prendre un peu le frais. Restaurants, cinéma également sur place. Un mall de plus, rien dexceptionnel !

This mall feels like where retail goes to die. Its a combination of swap meet shops and airport retail mixed with a mediocre food court. The few redeeming factors would have to be Off 5th and the theater. They also have a store that sells scrubs at a decent price. If youre looking for a shopping experience that equates to retail hospice care stop on by but dont expect too much from the staff because most would rather be on their phone than doing their job.

Foothills Mall has become a shining example of the downward spiral of the American Shopping Mall experience. As others have said this mall is sadly experiencing a slow death. While some of the big name stores are still present on the periphery of the mall, the interior is a sad sight. Many stores are empty, lots of darkness where stores once were. In some ways it is very depressing having known what the mall used to be. The end of an era I suppose.

The only thing anchoring this mall nowadays is the poor little movie theater, and even that isnt anything to write home about. Id honestly rather go to Harkins down the street then deal with finding a decent parking spot and then walking 500 miles to where the theater entrance is, so inconvenient. There are a couple okay restaurants still hanging in there but Im presuming this mall will be needing a severe makeover as soon as possible.
