Great experience. Dillards in particular. Cosmetic and cologne/jewellery and shoe department deserves a shout out as as well as the incredible feat of having better discounts than Amazon haha. Good job. I havent been here many times, but a return is indeed planned. Mk and emporio watched along with Versace, Oakley, Ray ban, and other glasses were actually surprisingly in. This store knows whats up when it comes to the mid-higher range of fashion. Compared to macys, I really hate to say that everything from their products to atmosphere and attitude/spirit/drive-motivation is light years beyond macys. Im going to be frank macys and dillards do compete for customers. I love macys so I hope they step up their game, but both are going downhill [both malls across town. Broadway macys has no garage or covered parking, macys at the Tucson mall north west has a more run down ish .... well very run down garage. This is Arizona. I expect the simple comforts of a concrete roof over parking so the car isnt an incinerator during re entry] I dont think Macys knows what its doing or what its business model is anymore, where dillards seems to be following a Nordstrom plan of attack of high scale and its working. Macys is almost an American treasure, but only corporate can save this branch. Ive watched as closing times dropped from all around 10pm down to 9pm??? I hope its just some renovation and not cost cutting. Our society functions the best when competitors push one a other to be the best verson of itself. Overall I like this mall. I am bias against 1 story malls, but this one is truly of s higher class than the Tucson mall near wetmore. Come here for a flashy experience.

As a last minute Valentines Day gift, I went to the fragrance department in Dillards at Park Place Mall to try and find something for my boyfriend. The lady that "helped" me was elderly, and working in the mens fragrance section. I did not get her name. My boyfriend likes the brand Ralph Lauren, which is pricey. I have never smelled their stuff before, so I asked if I could smell every one of them, and they have ten kinds or so. She was clearly irritated by this. I look pretty young, so I assume she wasnt giving me the time of day because I looked like I couldnt afford what I was looking at, and was extra bothered by the fact that I needed extra help. She was huffy puffy and kept sighing every time Id ask to smell something. When I asked to smell a fourth scent, her reply was a blank stare and "I guess so". Her rotten attitude made me very uncomfortable, and I took my business to Macys. The only reason one star wasnt given was because the lady wasnt blatantly rude, she just had this attitude and was totally unhelpful.

Ive been going to this mall on and off for over 30 years, (well before its remodel.) Its a very nice, clean mall with a nice selection of the common stores youd find in any mall. Last week, we had a couple issues however. We were standing outside the Hallmark store, when this mall cop, approached my very thin male cousin who was wearing a tightly fitting t shirt at the time, and asked him if he was carrying a gun or not. He wasnt, but it was a very uncomfortable situation nonetheless. The army of survey takers, is also a big pain to deal with as well. Oh., and theres the very aggressive Sprint kiosk vendor that told me I noticed you looking at our display as I was walking by, I replied, that I was not interested and that I could look where I wanted to look. He then retorted, you can look, only if you want to buy something. It wasnt as if I stopped in front of his display, I was walking past and happen to glance in his direction.

Its on the smaller side, and doesnt have a great variety of stores, but its clean, laid out well, and generally very pleasant. And if youre shopping with little kids or a baby along, it would be hard to find a more accommodating mall. There are two family restroom areas (one by the food court) that have really nice changing stations, as well as the restrooms that have room for a parent and kid (or an adult who needs assistance and companion). Theres a nursing room adjacent to each family restroom area, too, with a nice rocker inside, a bead maze to entertain an older sibling while baby eats, and a locking door. And of course there is a play area for young kids, which has some really cute desert-themed structures, and comfortable benches along the walls for the parents.

The mall itself is very nice, always clean...etc. But every single time I walk into it, I know Im going to leave agitated by the pushy sales people in the Kiosks that line the center of every promenade. It would be one thing if you were near them, looking at the merchandise, but this isnt what happens. Youre constantly harassed. They are the mall equivalent of telemarketers and it honestly keeps me away. I would rather go to another mall or find the products in another store than go to this one for that reason. I always leave feeling annoyed. Shopping should be fun, this malls continued support of this behavior from the sales people removes that for me, completely.

This year 2014 santa experience was terrible. Sure the lines are minimal but once you step you will know why. The photigraphers are terrible abd the one near santa didnt even warn us when the picture was being taken leaving my family with no smiles or with eyes closed. The background is terrible and the first picture you can even tell your in front of a xmas tree. Not very organized and they wull leave you standing until you mention your waiting for the register. Leave you feeling cheated and not worth it. Last year was a lot better so not sure why park mall downgraded this year.

Great mall & is close enough for me to walk there. Only thing I dont like are people at the kiosks or store employees standing & try to troll u into buying something by 1st testing out their product that is way too expensive to frikin afford for most people like myself.Goes for almost every mall though so my advice is to ignore em.Just like carnies at a fair,do not make eye contact & keep walking.Other than that I really love it,been going there since I was little

Picked up Easter photos from Picture Me in Sears. Staff were so awesome, got a great shot on each pose, really fast got kids smiling and giggling and so understanding about rescheduling twice for photo pic up. They answer the phone after one ring and really great customer service. They made the photo experience fun for my boys that hate taking pictures. However the Easter bunny wanted 26.99$ for photos in the mall and would not let us take photo on my phone :(
