We were looking for a very specific truck and after a lot of research and negotiating through email we had found about 10 across the valley that we liked. We finally narrowed it down to a couple of dealers and headed out to test drive a few of them. Although we had only exchanged one email with RC we decided to stop by and make sure we covered all of our bases. We were not disappointed! After stepping into the very clean show room adorned with some pretty impressive cars we were greeted quickly and soon were talking to "Moab" Kurt. He brought up the truck and let us check it out while they were looking at our trade in. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. After a test drive we came back and were offered a little more for our trade in then we thought we would get and been quoted by other dealers, and they offered us the truck for almost exactly what we wanted, no pressure, no four squares, just an honestly great deal the first time that they were not afraid to supply for us in writing. After we went to a couple of other dealers, including one that FINALLY offered us more for our trade in and a better deal on the truck after having to deal with several salesmen, managers and the whole four square game even though we told them we didnt want to play the game we decided that the honesty, low pressure, and a great fair deal we were offered at RC was our best bet. One of the owners was temporarily filling in for the finance guy that was out that day and was also super great to work with giving us all of our options and helping us get what was right for us. At the time of the test drive the alignment felt a little off and we were promised they would take care of it. They called us back a week later even after the sale was complete to make sure we were going to get it and even came and picked it up from my work when we couldnt get it over to them and brought it back good as new. This was one of, if not THE, best experience I have EVER had with a dealer big or small, we will most definitely be back to RC and hope to utilize their service department as well. I would also wholeheartedly recommend RC and "Moab" Kurt to anyone looking for a vehicle, including my friends and family who are probably sick of me talking about my great experience there. Oh and by the way we also LOVE our truck! Thanks to everyone at RC Automotive!

I used to deliver auto parts to this location for the local infiniti dealership so I was used to the building layout and some of the people. I had my eyes and heart set on getting a Jaguar for many years. Theyre very expensive even used.. and have always been out of my budget range. After some searching there was one on the lot at RC Automotive that fit the bill and was in great shape. I had lurked out on the lot on Sunday snooping around (hopefully not illegally!) to look at the car so that helped me get a good idea what I was looking at and helped me get familiar with the building and layout. Met the receptionist and she helped me find Tony who does financing who set me up with Fred Meier. A little bit of brutal honesty here, I suffer from anxiety so buying an expensive car and dealing with strangers isnt something I enjoy or look forward to...and also am not a huge fan of car salesmen in general but Fred was awesome and the staff helped me stay relaxed and I enjoyed the whole process. The test drive was easy and buying was quick. I didnt haggle for prices and they gave me slightly higher than what I was expecting for my trade in (in my experience with car dealerships...Im used to being low balled.. but RC surprised me and gave me a fair price and I did pump in a ton of money on accessories on my old car) Super easy in and out and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Tony helped wrap things up and gave me props for keeping my near perfect credit score and was cool to work with. Got my picture taken which Im not looking forward to seeing (I was stressed and looked like crap..) but everyones positive attitude and relaxed environment is something the Tim Dahle Infiniti dealership could really learn from... When I was a parts driver and drove a 100,000+ in two years I delivered to literally every dealership from Spanish Fork to Logan and I would recommend RC Automotive to friends and family. After years of mostly bad experiences buying and trading in cars we came to RC Automotive mentally preparing ourselves for the usual battle of wills that comes with once again buying a car. We were surprised and actually blown away with the no stress, friendly and bend over backwards to help attitude we received here. Our salesperson Jennifer never tried to argue or haggle on the price of the car we wanted, she instantly offered a good fair price on our trade and offered a monthly payment far below what we expected to fight for. Chris and his finance office found the best interest rate for us from local Credit Unions, which we prefer to banks, without our having to ask. Karl in Service made sure the new tires we requested were received and installed extremely quickly. We had warning lights that would not go out on the newer car and RC Automotive fixed the problem without question, highly unusual in this industry. We were so used to spending long hours haggling over prices and playing the good guy/bad guy game along with many visits to service in the following weeks to resolve issues with our new cars that we had to fight to get fixed. RC Automotive is a breath of fresh air in a very cutthroat business. Everyone here seems happy, smiles alot and apparently really enjoy what they do. They are true car lovers here and pet lovers too. It was nice to see little doggies running around that we could pet and enjoy. Just driving on the lot you will see they are picky in what cars they sell and all are in amazing condition. We are so thrilled with our purchase, we will be sure to come back in the future and refer all our friends and family here. AAA+++ People!

When I was searching around on KSL for a new vehicle to fulfill my growing needs and requirements. I spotted a very clean looking and well kept 2004 4runner SR5 with a modest 134,000 at RC auto sales. I called them up using the number provided and was connected with a salesman named Nate Grant. Nate was very polite to me and invited me on over to look at the vehicle. There was no wait time when I got there and I noticed immediately that this dealer was a special place to shop at. I noticed immediately that the salesmen and dealership were very professional and kept everything really tidy. Besides from that, Inside the main floor were cars that were quite rare to be sold at the same dealer. After introducing myself to Nate, we then proceeded outside to inspect the vehicle. Me being a man that works on his own vehicles, I proceeded to look over everything and ask questions that other dealerships have failed to give me answers. Nate was quick and precise with every question I had about the vehicle and in toyotas reliability in general. I knew then, that that was where I wanted to purchase. Me being a first time buyer, it was a hard time trying to get a loan approval for the ammount they were asking. But after some strings that Nate pulled, I was able to sign off on the title and get a loan for it. He really respected my decision in not jumping on the first car I see. Other dealers have been pushy and straight up lie to you about the car being sold if You wouldnt buy it then. I appreciated the space he gave me and will most definitely buy another vehicle from him and that dealer when that time comes. Thanks RC Auto!!
