---- Update - 8/2015 Just got back from making a second purchase from iAutohaus and still smiling. This time, I worked with Chris Phillips and again with Wesley. Once again, found a larger Mercedes GLK on the website, and went in today to take a closer look. Feel like a member of the family, and as usual, treated with such good hospitality and respect. Chris and I took the GLK out and I fell in love with it. An hour later, Im the proud owner of it. Exactly like I said in July 2013 - Chris made the sale process so easy, and Wesley made the finance process smooth. Got a wonderful car, for a wonderful price, with a fantastic group of people. I also highly recommend iAutohaus service - Been doing service with them over the last two years on the C class - always great service, and Andrew and team treat me well. Cant say enough good things about Wesley and his team at iAutohaus -- which is why Im a happy return customer. ---- Original Review from 7/2013 I cant believe how happy I am right now! After finding my dream Mercedes on the iAutohaus website, I visited the showroom and things got even better. I have never been treated so well, so professionally, and so positively when purchasing a car. An absolute joy. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. Wesley made everything smooth and easy. The facility and service area are immaculate. And everyone working at Autohaus exudes pride and customer-focus. It really shows. I am so happy to be an Autohaus customer, and will definitely return for future service and car purchases. Im still smiling from the whole experience!!

The BEST car buying experience EVER. Id been researching for over 6 months specifically for a 2014 white Lexus ES 300H. Id looked all the way across the East Coast to the West Coast but never found anything that came close to the PERFECT showroom condition, low mileage, color, and competitive price of the Lexus ES 300H I bought from IAUTOHAUS. Wesley and Jeremy both greeted and treated my husband and I with so much kindness. They didnt force or pressure the process, we came one day to just look at the car but hadnt made a decision yet, when we left they gave us a business card, and told us how appreciative they were that we stopped by and that they hope we find what we were looking for and if we had any questions dont hesitate to call. I came back several days later and Wesley greeted me with a smile and allowed me to let him know what I was interested in. We took the car for a test drive, all the while Wesley, treated me like a family or long time friend. When we returned from the test drive I knew i wanted to purchase my car from here. Wesley was truly kind and worked with me to make sure everything worked out so we both were happy in the end. They are the most honest and transparent car dealership ive ever come across. They do not play the Silly HAGGLE NONSENSE, you will know that the quality and condition of the cars are fairly priced so theres no need to question or haggle the price. I have purchased three cars from iAutohaus during the last ten years. Each of the vehicles have been great quality, low mileage and sold at a very competitive price. iAutohaus always has a very good selection of nearly new (2-5 years) Volvos, Mercedes, Porches, Jaguars, and other quality European luxury and sports cars. They also have a fair selection of older (5-10 years) of low mileage and high quality vehicles. If you are looking for a particular type of car that they do not have in stock, iAutohaus will find it for you. The management and staff have always gone out of their way to meet my needs; not just sell me a car. They have a great financing arrangement with a local credit union for Arizona residents that is hard to beat. I stop by regularly just to browse; and have never received any form of pressure to purchase. This is the type of dealership where you can feel free to go in, browse the inventory and, if you see something you like, take it for a test drive -- without any fear of being pressured to purchase. The corporate ethos is that iAutohaus treats its customers like friends and family because they seek the loyalty and repeat business that this type of relationship generates. I have also used their service shop for both warranty work and routine maintenance; and have gotten "dealership" quality of service at a reasonable cost for each of my Mercedes. The bottom line is that if you are in the market for a nearly new European sports or luxury car, iAutohaus should be your first stop.

I recently was in an urgent situation where I needed a new vehicle. Being particular to Audis I found IAutohaus online in my search and sent an inquiry via email. I was immediately contacted by Jeremy at their shop to see how he could assist me in my quest for the perfect vehicle. I was also contacted by Wesley who made sure to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I was looking for and he invited me in to look at the car. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the intimate setting of their auto boutique. This is a place so clean you could eat off every vehicle in their inventory. The care which they place on their cars shows in everything they do. From the moment I arrived I was allowed to freely view every car in their shop. No pressure, no one hovering about, just a very lovely and friendly setting that put me at ease with the shopping process. They were very engaging, personable and their knowledge of European vehicles is second to none. They helped me get into a great car with the right financing options for my budget and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and the wonderful staff to anyone in the market for a top quality European car at the right price. I will most definitely be repeating my visit to them with any future needs, they have won my loyalty with their service and professionalism and their personal touch that has left me feeling like I made a great buying decision. GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was a pleasure to purchase my BMW 335is from Wesley and his son. I test drove 2 911s prior to deciding on the 335is on the showroom floor. IMMACULATE condition. iAutohaus sells ONLY great vehicles. Ive seen their plate border adverts on many other luxury cars before I even chose to visit their super clean facility. The cars are top notch. They sell only quality vehicles at a fair price. Speaking of price, please dont even bother haggling. Its not worth the effort and pointless. My BMW sold itself. If youre passionate about the vehicle you want, just purchase it at the price listed. Wesley lists his cars based upon true value, and there really is no reason to barter. A month after my purchase, I smile overtime I push the start button. Wesley and his team also explained they will service the car afterwards. The experience was more pleasant than Ive had at BMW at N. Scottsdale. Just a pleasure doing business with them. Consider shopping around, but I recommend purchasing from iAutohaus. Paperwork a snap. AWESOME inventory of mostly German cars. Super clean and modern facility, and just nice people to work with. I should have bought my 545i from them years ago when I first visited their showroom. FIVE star establishment!
