Awful experience. The car I bought looked like it was in good shape and the price seemed fair so I bought it (on a saturday evening) and they told me the paperwork wouldnt be sent to the credit union until the next monday(which was a holiday). I told them I didnt want it unless they could scrape the extra dark window tint out and trade out the wheels. They promised me they could do both things. I never should have bought it. When I got home I noticed a whole bunch of issues that I hadnt before(cracked tail light, cracked headlight and fog light, bug shield fell off, squeaky suspension, loud banging noise going over bumps, loose door handles, loose door panel, just to name a few) so I decided to see if they would take the car back. I wasnt in a hurry because they were closed on sunday and had told me the paperwork wouldnt be sent anywhere till monday. I went there the first thing in the morning and talked to the owners. They told me they had already sent the paperwork in and that the bank had processed it (on a holiday) and since I signed the papers there was nothing they could do. They werent even nice about it. The basically called me a little boy who made a grown up decision that I have to live with. They told me then that they would look and see what they could do about the issues but that was all they could do for me. All they ever did for me was scrape the tint out of my windows and look at the squeaky suspension, which still squeaks so I dont know what they actually did. I called and called about the wheels they had promised me from the beginning and all they offered me was a pair of rusty ones off a similar car. They later claimed that the deal was that those were the only wheels they had ever offered me. Long story short, they sold me a crappy overpriced car and didnt follow through on their promises. I know I am to blame for not doing more research but fairway really didnt seem like they were trying to do anything for me. In three months Ive spent $350 on wheels and tires and over $800 on repairs and my suspensions still squeaks.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased an MDX from Fairway Auto Sales and have been very put off by their deceptive sales practices and poor customer service. When we purchased the car, the Josh told us that they would fix rattle in the suspension, and that we could take the remote from a similar model MDX since ours was missing. When we came back to pick up the car, they said they had "fixed" the rattle, and Josh straight up lied and said the other remote wouldnt work with our system because ours was the sport model. The truth is that Honda and Acura use the exact same entertainment system and remote in all of their vehicles in that model year. We talked to a different sales person who told us that Josh wasnt supposed to give us the remote from the other vehicle and he was trying to save his butt. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Additionally, the rattle was not fixed. We have taken the vehicle back to them several times to get it fixed. We were told that the struts were bad, which was causing the rattle. They supposedly replaced the rear strut and said theyd call back in a week or two when they got the part to replace the front strut. I didnt hear back for two months, and it took daily phone calls for two weeks to finally get in touch with the manager. He said they hadnt been able to find a part because they are in such high demand. I googled the part and was able to find several available for sale. In summary, this is an EXTREMELY dishonest and amoral dealership. They will never call you to update you on the status of your vehicle, they will sell you garbage with false promises of fixing it, and wont return your phone calls. I would NEVER buy another car from them and advise you do the same.

The staff is excellent! I bought my jeep here, and was treated incredibly well. They did everything to make sure I got the lowest interest rate possible. They had me sign my deal, called me the next day and said they got me approved for an even better rate, and said I could come in anytime and sign the new deal :) After I drove my car around for the first day, my check engine light came on. I brought it in and they had the part shipped as soon as possible, and fixed everything in a timely manner. I had to work the day I dropped it off, so they let me take their Jeep Commander while they fixed my vehicle. They have amazing customer service, and a very relaxed atmosphere. I HATE most car dealerships, but this one is exceptional. There is a no-pressure atmosphere, and they dont call you a hundred times, asking you if you are still interested in a particular vehicle (in fact, they dont call you at all unless you ask them to.) As we walked the lot, we were not harassed by any salesmen. The salesman came out to greet us, asked us what we were looking for, and offered to show us some vehicles if we wanted to. There was no hustle bustle drama that you find at every other dealership. I highly suggest you get your next vehicle here, because they rock socks.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!! I bought a van from fairway auto sales. Jayden introduced us to the van we were interested in and told me it was traded in by a close family friend, its in great shape blah blah. While he did work with me on the price, The doc fees are ridiculous! I pointed out several lights inside the van and a brake light that needed replacing. They replaced all but missed 1 inside and didnt do the brake light. I got pulled over a day later and received a "fix it" ticket for the brake light. I went back to the dealer to pick up my plates and told Jayden about the brake light situation and if they could fix it right now. He told me to come back when Im in the area again and they will "take care of it" What was wrong with right now???? After having the van for 3 weeks the check engine light came on. Took it in to several mechanics to find out that I need a new catalytic converter. I called Jayden at fairway auto sales to express my disappointment. He told me " Let me check with my sales manager and see what I can do for you, Ill call you right back." He never called me back and has been avoiding my phone calls. I will NEVER buy a car from fairway auto sales again and I strongly recommend that you dont!

I purchased a used vehicle from Fairway about 3 months ago and have been incredibly disappointed about the entire experience. I received a phone call 2 weeks after asking how I was enjoying my vehicle. I told the caller I was frustrated to learn from two separate car inspection shops that I was looking at 2-3k in repair work to the suspension. The caller said, "Well, if theres anything I can do, let me know" and quickly hung up the phone. Before I bought the vehicle I was told it had a complete inspection and had no issues. I chose to buy from a used car dealership (as opposed to a private seller) because I have higher expectations of the quality and experience of the dealership. Because I can foresee that a vehicle with over 100k miles may have repair work needed, I purchased a supposed "top-of-the-line" extended warranty with my vehicle for a fair price. Even though the car had a need for repair, I was glad the repairs would be covered under my warranty...but in reality, they were not covered. In fact, of the 4-5 major repairs that are needed on the vehicle, none are covered by the extended warranty. Buyer beware! Do your homework of the details and get a private inspection before purchasing a vehicle.
