First off I like many others HATE buying vehicles do to past experiences. That being said, I will buy from VIP again hands down. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past 12 months from them. The first a Sonic that fit what was affordable for me at the time, But it was too small. got great customer service from them during and after the sale. No pressure tactics like many places, was left alone to make up my mind, between 5 different vehicles. on one visit after the warranty was expired I took the car back and they fixed an ignition issue and did a walk around and found a bad tire so they replaced both front tires free of charge. to me that is above and beyond, I was willing to pay for the service but the said no It was on them. The second vehicle an Escape to replace the Sonic, Sonic was just to small for the kids. Again no pressure, Easy financing. I stopped in one day at the end of business and decided to think about it overnight, got a call the next morning with finance terms and by the time i showed up, 2 hrs later the financing terms got 2% better from a different lender. All of the staff from owner Kenny to salesmen Joe and Jim to the service guys were extremely friendly and helpful. No questions left unanswered, No buyers remorse over anything. I received a more than fair price for my trade in and an equally fair price for the Escape according to KBB and Edmunds. When I went to pick up the Escape, they had it under their awning and had just freshly detailed it. I dont think it took more than 15 minutes to finalize the deal, as negotiations were done the day before. For both purchases if you remove the test drive time from my visit it took under an hour each visit to purchase both vehicles. Hope you Guys keep up the great work, I will send all my friends and family to you for vehicles. Thank you for the great experiences.

My wife and I live in Florida, 2100 miles from VIP Auto Sales. In November 2015 we found an RV at VIP that we were very interested in. Joe and Kenny at VIP emailed numerous pictures and even made a video walk through of the unit. They sent pictures of every little defect they could find to insure we knew exactly the condition of the RV. We gave VIP a deposit and during Christmas week we drove to Mesa. I cant describe how truly elated we were when we saw the RV for the 1st time, it was even better than Kenny and Joe had described. I can tell you from my experience with VIP that Kenny and Joe break the mold of the stereotyped used car salesman. Not once did they tell us anything that wasnt the absolute truth. Not once did they try to hide any information about the RV from us. Not once did they exert any pressure on us. They were polite and they treated us like family. It was obvious to us they didnt just want us to buy the RV from VIP, they wanted us to be comfortable with doing business with them and to be happy with our purchase and with the entire transaction. We encourage anyone looking for a used vehicle to shop VIP Auto Sales. Im confident that Kenny, Joe and the entire crew at VIP will work to make your experience with them as pleasing as was ours. When I went to this place to look for a truck the guy was very nice (of course, cause he wants to sell me a vehicle). I test drove a truck but when I made it back to the dealership the check engine light came on. The salesman told me its probably just something small. Yea right! Haha. They probably disconnected the positive battery cable for a while so that the computer reset itself and so the check engine light doesnt come on when you first start it up. They seemed pretty dishonest about selling their vehicles. I will never ever go back here ever again. I do not like dishonest people!

VIP Auto Sales stands behind the vehicles they sell! Recently we purchased a used camper from VIP Auto Sales and had some issues with the roof after a rainstorm. When VIP Auto Sales was notified of the problem, not only did they refund the cost of the camper, they reimbursed us for repairs we were forced to make. Their service after the sale went above and beyond my expectations. Its nice to know that there are businesses out there that still do the right thing. VIP Auto Sales is one of those businesses.

I bought a car here several months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. I would not recommend buying from these jokers. If you do decide to buy a car from VIP auto be sure that you take it to a mechanic and get it completely checked out before you sing any papers.
