Ive been coming to the Bike Shoppe for several years and theyve always been great, but had to post about the amazing experience we had this week. My twin daughters had a birthday and only wanted bikes. Nate is awesome as usual and helped my wife find the right ones while I was out of town. He assured her they would be ready for pick up the day before the Birthday. My wife went to pick up the bikes and found several people, including the owner, Matt, working on the bikes. The store normally closes as 6:00 and my wife walked out with the bikes at 6:45 after everyone had stayed late to make sure they were put together the right way and ready to go. What we didnt know is that shipping with one of the bikes had been delayed from the manufacturer. Instead of using that as an excuse these guys found the same bike in another shop in SLC and drove to get it. THEN stayed late to make sure it was all good to go for my girls. It totally made their day. Its always easy to complain, but too many times compliments are missed for a great Customer Experience. Cant say enough thanks for the way these guys treated my wife and my girls. They just do things the right way. Thanks Nate, Matt and Bike Shoppe team! You guys are amazing!

This bike shop is fantastic. I spent a lot of time in and out of bike shops looking for bikes for my wife and I. I visited every shop in northern Utah. After being very unimpressed with the service I had received at all other shops, I decided to make this my last stop before making a final decision. I was greeted promptly by Shelby. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and his love for the sport shined bright. He made us feel good about spending the money it takes to get a quality bike. I had a chance to speak with the GM, Nate I believe his name was, and his level of service also went far beyond any of the other shops I had visited. Our bikes were ready to roll the second we left the store. We hit the trails and never looked back. You want an awesome bike? You want awesome service? You want a shop that has your back when your bike needs some TLC? Give these guys a visit. They made a lifetime customer out of me and Im sure they will you as well. Thanks guys! You rock!

Bought a bike a few years back from them and had a wonderful experience. Neighbor gave me a bike for my son, which needed some work, so i figured id take it in and have the Bike Shoppe get it in working order. Employee that helped us was great but when it came time to pick up the bike, who i was guessing was the manager or shop lead, had left me with a bad taste in my mouth. First off there was no eye contact or a hello from this guy. He seemed to be barking orders at others while he took care of my bill. I finally said hello and then i was actually acknowledged, instead of just my credit card. As I was leaving, i wondered if my not spending hundreds, or even thousands of dollars, had anything to do with my poor service from this gentleman who was entrusted with running the shop. I cant say i wont ever be back, but i will probably try somewhere else next time.

The Bike Shoppe is my favorite shop around. I have always been treated fairly, received prompt service, and feel like I am paying a fair price. I always feel like they treat me just like they do their own family or eve better sometimes. Matt sold me my first road bike about nine years ago and did not try to upsell me to make more money and in doing so he has received a lifelong customer. If I have ever had an issue with a product or my bike after it has been serviced it is taken care of as their first and only priority until I am satisfied. I recommend The Bike Shoppe to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new bike or just needs to get an old one fixed up.

Just got my bike all fixed up for another season. Great service, fast, friendly and professional. My rear shock had a leak and they tried their best to fix it but a new seal kit and rebuild didnt solve the issue. I didnt want to drop a few hundred bucks into a new rear shock this season and they totally understood. What was even more impressive is they didnt charge me for what must have been a couple of hours work to try to save my rear shock. They are busy but always seem to stay late or do whatever they can for their customers. You get the feeling that everyone their likes where they work and that they want to help you enjoy biking. Great business!

This is a great bike shop with awesome staff! They have a large selection of beautiful bikes of every kind as well as all the parts you might ever need. I frequently go here for tools and odds and ends when Im working on my bikes. They even stock things like loose ball bearings of any size and spokes. All of the staff seems happy and eager to help. A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 small items and the nice kid behind the counter offered to cary them to my car for me. I didnt need the help, Im not old or disabled or anything, but I thought it was a real example of the level of service this shop provides. Definitely check it out, you will not be dissapointed!

Fantastic Shop! Im not a high end bike buyer, but they still treat me just as if I was a high dollar spender. Very knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns and needs. I felt that the salesman had a sincere desire to help me make the correct choice for my needs, not just for sales motives. Clean and professional environment. Lets face it, cyclist often time get a reputation (often rightfully so) of arrogance. This is not the atmosphere felt in the Bike Shoppe. Expert knowledge/skill with humility and customer respect is something hard to find in this industry. The Bike Shoppe has found this niche.

Have stopped in a handful of times for minor repairs and purchases. Always very helpful and competent. Whats more, and speaks volumes to the integrity of the shop, is an experience I had a couple days ago. I was standing off the side of a busy highway working on my bike that had broken down. It was about 9:00 pm, dark. Then a random good samaritan pulled over to offer assistance. The samaritan turned out to be the owner of The Bike Shoppe! He loaded up my bike on to the car, drove me to his shop, and repaired my bike. No charge. Even tuned it up a bit. How can you beat that!!!! You cant.

Bought a mountain bike at The Bike Shoppe in early February 2016. Ive taken the bike in twice due to normal wear and tear and breaking in. Throughout the entire sales process the employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. In my visits back, they have fixed issues on the spot or had it done within a couple hours. All of the tips and pointers they have given me have been very useful and I am thoroughly enjoying the sport of cycling after being out of it for 15 years. Based off of service quality alone, I would recommend this shop as a first choice when buying a bike.
