ZERO stars for this place. Ive shopped here for the past 11 years. The store went down the toilet at breakneck speed the instant it changed from Kohlers to Ridleys. Over the past year I tell myself Ill never go back again. Somehow I find myself feeling I need a really quick "in and out" and wind up there and, as to be expected, I leave saying "Ill never go back again" every single time! All of their first-class employees have either gone, or work strictly days. If you shop the store from 3:00 onward you will be assisted by people under the age of 18 who mirror the capability of nursery-aged kids, and have no clue, whatsoever, what (or where) item(s) you are looking for (what is au jus???) are located. Seriously?!?! Never expect to get through their check-out counters in less than 15 minutes (again, why not turn your store over to the local preschool kids -- there isnt a difference between capabilities). Lastly, their service counter employees do not have what it takes to be any less efficient, and could not be any more incompetent in helping customers in a non-timely, or orderly, fashion whatsoever. The entire store, from the top down, lacks quality experience on every level. Oh -- and how could I forget -- they stock their shelves during the DAY and block their isles entirely, so you may as well know (ahead of time) that you will have to back down the isle and go around just to have access to the same isle from the other side. They couldnt care any less about this and dont even make eye contact with you, or say "sorry" or "can I help you with something?" Its as if YOU are the INCONVENIENCE to THEM (just for being a patron there). Hate this place -- can never do a quick in and out in under 30 minutes here, and its not for any lacking on my part. Looking forward to the day this place goes under, or gets bought out by a more reputable business owner who has some integrity, and who will clean this place out and whip it back into shape again. It needs to happen, and from the top all the way down. Save yourself some actual TIME by driving another five minutes down the street and taking your business to Smiths. Youll end up winning, and saving money on your purchases, in the long run.

WARNING: If you are a pain patient you will be treated like a despicable drug addict by the pharmacists. I am 51 and recovering from an accident that crushed 7 vertebrae. I am being treated with ablation, steroid injections and other cutting edge treatments in a nationally famous pain clinic that has a fantastic reputation. One time, and one time only, I had a fall and my doctor approved an early refill on one of my pain prescriptions. This is the first time that I had ever requested an early refill at my pharmacy and my doctor had PRINTED in ink "Refill Early" on the prescription. The pharmacist in question started interrogating me about things that were clearly protected under doctor-patient privilege and then literally tossed the RX at me and said "Nope, aint going to do it." I reported his behavior to the store manager, who went back and was berated by the pharmacist for even asking him about HIS decision. The manager, a very kind and effective man had to call the Corporate Pharmacy Manager, who told the pharmacist to call my doctor, like he should of done in the first place. My doctor had gone home early that day, and it took an hour but finally the Corporate Manager convinced the pharmacist to ask the clinic to call my doctor and have my doctor call the pharmacy, which he did. Then the pharmacist had a loud argument with my doctor about how he didnt agree. Its not his business to agree!! Its his business to follow the Doctors orders! He told my doctor that he prescribed too much, and basically said that I was an addict, all things that are not his business, and are very offensive and embarrassing. I was appalled and will certainly take my business elsewhere.

Whatever you do avoid this store like the plague after 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon! Drive right by and go to Walmart or Smiths as fast as you can. Customer Service sucks horribly in the afternoon and evening! They have NO Express Lanes and NO Self Checkout: and very few people (mostly High School kids) who have ANY interest in helping you "get in and get out". And, dont get me started on the Service Desk: the young ladies (with the one exception being Lori) who wouldnt rather stand around and do their nails or look at their phones. I REALLY miss Kohlers and their people. Ive made a personal commitment to avoid this store as much as possible! Sadly, I dont think theyre going to make it long term (and they REALLY dont deserve to.) Huge thumbs down for this place!!.....Save your money and sanity and go ANYWHERE else!

Dido to everyone elses remarks. This store is awful. Every time I go in and buy something there is ALWAYS at least one thing that rings up wrong. Id say 75% of the time Im charged double because everything rings up wrong. If go to customer service to tell they they act like its your fault then it take an hour to get them to go look at the prices and correct it but no one there understand Math and so you still dont end up getting your money back. It is absolutely ridiculous!!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after wasting so mush trying to get the correct prices Im boycotting it!

I grew up in the community and loved Kohlers. Unfortunately, Ridleys always has long lines(sometimes 20 or 30 min lines) subpar employees and poor selection. I hope the little rich spoiled brat who inherited Ridleys from mommy and daddy reads this and can see how hes driving this grocery store into the ground because he thinks hes saving a little money by hiring cheap, immature employees, decreasing inventory and keeping the store understaffed. Your store in a joke!

Sadly, the service has gone down hill since Ridleys took over this store. Few of the employees seem to demonstrate care in their work. Most of the cashiers and baggers need to learn how to bag groceries. There are the exceptions and shining stars with the employees. Unfortunately, they dont seem to stick around long. While it appears there are plenty of items in stock on the shelves, they are often out of what Im going in to get.

Im from out of town and I shopped there for some camping supplies. As we rung up our groceries they told us that we needed a card. I told the cashier Im from out of town and I asked them if they had a courtesy card. He responded very rudely no. Thats Rediculous! I should have went to Smiths down the street, at least theyre more friendly and offer the discount if you dont have a card.

When this was Kohlers it was a top notch grocery store--5 stars. Now there are always mile long waits at the check registers. They are always understaffed. Aside from the pharmacy, customer service has slipped.

Its a store. It sells food. Pretty standard. The biggest problem is that it requires you to have their card to get the sale prices. Its unfortunate. Other than that, no big complaints.
