So I purchased $100 gift card to Harmons had issues using it at the gas pump. So I walked inside to the customer service desk and ask if they could help me with my problem. The Harmons associate also tried running the card with no success and told me that it had to be my card and not their system. I asked if we could just re-load it onto another card? She told me that she wasnt able to do that and she would have to get my name and number and someone will call me back probably within a few days to help me out. So even though Ive already gave them $100 cash I couldnt use my gift card and no my gift card was never close to any magnets. It was purchased just a few days ago and I used it the night before with no problems. I thought Id give it one more try and purchase one item. I went to the self check out and it worked. So I went back to the gas pump and my card would not work. I even tried all the different pump stations and still the card would not read. I left Harmons feeling frustrated and wasted time and money purchasing a gift card. ☹️

I have been here a million times and usually everyone is helpful and happy. Today they were not went in to get artisan bread at the bakery for homemade stuffing. For the last 4 years I have come to this Harmons and they have been super helpful and willing to double slice my bread. Apparently Matt doesnt understand what customer service is when I asked he said absolutely not and it should have never been done. Let him know I have never had a problem until today and he could have cared less. Sorry Harmons I dont mind paying extra when I get happy customer service but dont think I can pay extra for rude unhelpful staff. Totally disappointed not sure I will ever be back after 5 years.

Three different items rang up with the wrong unit price. We informed the clerk that the posted price is different than what is showing on the register. She called for the manager. The manager said shed check the posted price BUT did NOT take the receipt with her. Minutes later she returned and declared that we looked at the wrong tag. How did she know that when she didnt even take the receipt with her to compare? We took the receipt and with her, went to the items in question and had her compare. "Oh okay. Well take care of it." This is the 2nd time this week it has happened at two different Harmons. Certainly room for improvement in the customer service department.

I am only writing about the deli. Ive been to their deli many times, and am frequently disappointed with their food from the hot case, it always seems old. The Chinese food is mediocre and overpriced, especially with a Chinese restaurant next door. But today, I wanted to get a rotisserie chicken. I looked at the label closely, due to poor experiences in the past. It said the chickens had expired about an hour before I arrived to the store from the printing label, but someone wrote in ballpoint they expired in several more hours. This deli seems to have a real problem with sticking to expiration times/dates. Stay away.

I live up the street from this Harmons. It is a higher priced grocery than other stores but the food is always great and the choices plentiful. Its location is very convenient for me. I am writing a review because my husband bought a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my birthday this last Tuesday for my birthday. Sadly, I woke Wednesday morning to found them terribly wilted. Dismayed I called and talked to Kara in customer service who assured me they would help. I brought in the flowers and Cyd and Denise happily helped me replace the bouquet with something very similar. Thank you for saving the day Harmons!

Theres always some clown finding fault with any business, giving it a 1-star review. I had a "friend" refer to a grocery store as a "100K sq. ft. convenience store they call Harmons." Some people are just plain negative. Know what I mean? Nothing could be further from the truth. I have always found a broad selection of shelved groceries, fresh meat, seafood, and prepared food. Show me one grocer that has that many employees on the job to assure the same. My hats off to the management and employees of Harmons and I will continue to shop there. Thank you for all you do!

Generally, I love this store. The prices are a bit higher than Walmart, but thats because theyre not Walmart. The only issue I have is that there have been a handful of times the "Sale" price posted in the aisle hasnt matched what it rang up as. Its usually only a few dollars - rarely enough to make me ask the cashier to correct the price, but some of those items wouldnt be crossing that scanner otherwise. Very well kept, clean, organized. Youll always be able to trust the food you buy here, and its nice that they feature so many local options.

overall, its a pretty good grocery store. higher than average produce. but for the prices they charge, I would hope they would purchase higher grade produce. Ive had some fruit there (mangos) that were hideous. But like I said, overall, its much better than average. id take their produce any day over Walmarts. On the other hand, Ive had some produce from the stores formerly known as Albertsons that is downright delicious. On average though, cant say they are that much better than Harmons, if at all.

We go to Harmons a couple times a week. Two days ago I got some sushi, but it just did not taste ok. I called and told them about the product and they said thanks for letting them and the lady said let them know when I come in. Today when I was in I picked up the same sushi and told the lady at checkout. She said I hope it is better this time. She said if I have a problem let them know. I thought I just did that and she did not care. I guess $6.00 is more important than a good customer.

We call it Fancy Harmons. If there is a hard to find item, or exotic cheese we are looking for we go here. I get my fish for Sushi here and it never disappoints. We took a cooking class upstairs and it was wonderful. Also they have a killer olive bar and pretty much a restaurant inside. Great brick oven pizza! Some items are more expensive than other grocery stores but they have the selection and quality in every department. So I guess you get what you pay for.

Raine, who worked in the cafe, was amazing! He was so outgoing and friendly, not to mention helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond in his job to make us, the customer happy. Ive done A LOT of grocery shopping in my 42 years and this was probably my best experience. In fact, the father with his two kids in line behind my party said he returned not only for the delicious gelato, but because of Raine and his excellent customer service.

Horrible Management! They could care less about my experience. They have one check-out line open with 10 people standing in line. When you kindly ask them to open up another line, they say "sorry, we cant." "What do you mean you cant? There are three other employees standing over there by the postal area." Prices are outrageous and I am constantly being overcharged for products. No more Harmons in Draper!! Going elsewhere from now on.
